Great property, amazing location!
2 min walk to Toorak Rd, 5 min walk to Chapel St.
The only downside would be if you're a light sleeper, the property it's across from light rail tracks.
Which also means it's very handy to public transport!
(Both tram and train)
The central aC is a little noisy but people who slept in the bedrooms directly underneath the main unit still slept soundly.
Would absolutely stay here again!

Location perfect- train station on doorstep, easily accessible street, and yet still quiet and relaxed
Beautiful house- the garden just tops it off with its big banana leaf (or similar!) jungle and soft lighting- a perfect place to eat, have a glass of wine, or read a book!
Bedrooms are large, and feel quite secluded even thou on the same floor.
Booked it last minute- no hassles- not much communication but none was really needed!!
Plus was an excellent rate as it was discounted..
Only downside is couch space is limited, especially considering the number of guests the house fits. But this would be due to the size/shape of living area-- would need some specialised purchases to solve!

This apartment was just right for us...2 couples and a single.
Although a little distance to the city it's easily accessible by public transport or a short taxi ride. That said, there is plenty to do in the area anyway, church/chapel street about 3-4 blocks away and lots of cafe's, restaurants etc. just up the road.
The facilities are fantastic, everything we needed and all immaculate.
Plenty of kitchen storage, utensils and pans.
The living area is big enough, you don't feel like you're crammed in at all, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms.
I cannot rate the service as I had. I need to contact the owner, everything was fine!
I'm so glad I found is apartment and you will not be disappointed!
