The balcony and bedrooms all have a great view; overlooking Port Phillip Bay from East to West, as well as the street scene below. Your boutique apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The balcony doors and bedroom windows allow fresh air into the apartment when you want it.
The whole apartment is available apart from the third bedroom which is the owners storage.

To the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.
