This rental property is situated in a great location, one street across from the beach, minutes to the station, cafes and shops.
The house is neat with a great layout and the care package on arrival is a lovely touch.

What a great rental! Perfect for my famy traveling with a babysitter. The house was comfortable yet updated and modern. The unit isn't large but uses space really well. We had opportunities to be together with the open floor plan but also took advantage of the privacy offered by three beds and two baths (one ensuite). I was concerned about the lack of exterior play space until I remembered we were directly across from the beach! Sandringham was a short walk for cafes and shopping. We had a very nice stay. I'm always impressed with the welcome pack from "Boutique Stays"...such a nice touch.

In all an excellent property. The kitchen was outstanding and as were the bathrooms.The airconditioning was adequate but an external blind on the main bedroom window would have kept the heat down in the afternoon. Similarly a blind on the back door would have shileded the unit a bit from the morning sun. The "welcome pack" was a great touch.
