We have stayed in the arena apartment the last three years. It is in an excellent location, near the MCG, the Melbourne Tennis centre and an easy walk into the CBD. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. The views are amazing. It is perfect for two couples or a family with two children. We had plenty of space to spread out. The apartment complex also has an indoor lap pool and fitness centre. The free parking space is also very handy. The price is a bit dear, but we've found it to be worth it. The only downside is if you arrive after about 3:30 you have to drive to their office to pick up the keys which is about 15 minutes out of the way from the airport.

We stayed in the apartment in December 2012. It is a beautiful apartment. It has a wonderful outlook. As it is next to the train line you do hear the trains from time to time but that did not bother us at all. It is well located and the undercover carpark is great.
The pool is beautiful.
We travelled with our two children, 9 month old and 2.5 year old. The closed in verandah was great.
Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay there again.

This must be the best accommodation option in central Melbourne. We can be picky, hard to please travellers but there is nothing, repeat nothing to fault here. We're so glad we found it and we have already booked a return.

This apartment was an ideal space for two persons, for our eight day stay. The fact that arena was close to good restaurants - coffee houses - parks is a good reason for me to return to the arena. My daughter lives in Melbourne and I will certainly return next year.
The workout area on the second floor is a bit stuffy and could use some ventilation.

This property was of a very high standard. The building itself is outstanding and a pleasure to come home to. The other residents were extremely friendly good spirited which made it feel like a home away from home. The only negative for me, was the position. For this occasion I would probably have liked to be more in the city centre, however, it was not a great problem in terms of walking and transport. Would love to come back, especially for the night views.
