Description

Up for rent is a beautiful 65 sqm apartment in Menton with a wonderful sea view. Appartment located on the 4th floor within 200m of the sea, which is 2 minutes walking. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room with a panoramic windows and a tiny balcony. If you travel by car you can park your car in the private parking for building tenants (based on first come first served basis) or around the building which is free. The first bedroom has a double bed and a crib/baby bed with a sea view. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a mountain view. The living rooms has a 2 sofa beds where you can sleep on. There's a LCD TV with hundreds of channels (including English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and etc) and Hi-speed Wifi internet. There's a "carrefour city" supermarket within 300 meters along with other markets and cafe's. 500 meters to the Tennis club. Distances:4km to Italy, 7km to Monte-Carlo, 10 km to Ventimiglia, 27km to Nice.

“Excelent for young children”

Me and my cousin stayed for a week in this wonderfully located apartment with our children - 3 boys age 3, 7, 10. All we needed ( beach, supermarket, fruit&veggies shops and pizza restaurant) was within 5-10 min walk from the flat! The owner was really helpful to guide us around as we wanted to see a bit of Riviera as well. Bus stop for both local and airport buses is within 10 min walk from apartment too! The place itself was clean, spacious, had plenty of extra clean towels and bedding. Loved to seat with my coffee in the morning and wine in the evening at that small table with the view - just like on advertisement picture ! :)))
