In an old villa mentonnaise totally renovated in 2012, a beautiful penthouse apartment (95m2) a room with a double bed 160 + an alcove room with a bed 140 and a sofa bed 140 in living room (6 beds maximum) Very pleasant for the rest and lazing on terrace of 140 m2 summer kitchen with grilled grill, large solarium sea view and jacuzzi (4x3) heavenly place with views of the sea and the old town, located near beaches and shops (5 minutes walk) .Parking Free adjoining The place is very quiet, residential and secure. Menton located between Italy two kilometers away and Monaco enjoys an exceptional micro climate (300 days of sunshine a year) is surrounded by tropical gardens bordered by a mountain and the sea. The Menton train station is 10 minutes, a service buses from Nice Airport (30 minutes) to Menton several times a day and road access is very easy. The bus line 100 for 1 euro takes you to Nice and Cannes. Italy Ventimiglia and San Remo are a few minutes by train and Monaco 7 minutes in the opposite direction. The very touristy area is endowed with numerous demonstrations throughout the year attracting the tourists of the whole world. Minimum stay 7 nights. Regional products basket offered on your arrival.
