Description
Set in a quiet neighborhood the Patio Home has two walled patios, one in the front and one in the back, and a two car garage. The interior has a living/dining area with a fireplace, den, two bedrooms, and two baths. The den has a 32 inch flat screen TV and a full sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has an on-suite with a shower, king bed and a 32 inch Flat Screen TV. The second bedroom is set up with a queen bed. The home is fully furnished including a washer and dryer, all the linens and kitchen supplies. Granite Counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is cable TV and wireless internet. A propane BB grill is in the back patio for your use. The home has central air and heat for your comfort.
There is a walking path through the greenbelt just outside the front door that will take you to the pool/Jacuzzi and mailboxes, all shaded with mature trees.
Within a few minutes walk outside the community you will find the following: A small family park, Oakland A's minor league training facility, grocery store, drug store, eatery's, and HoHoKam Stadium, Oakland A's Spring Training facility.
Located within 5 miles you will find the new Cubs Park at River View boasting a large family park which includes a lake. Across the street from the Stadium is River View Shopping Mall where you will find many restaurants, shopping and a movie theater. A quick drive north on the 101 freeway will take you to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick where the Arizona Diamond Backs and the Colorado Rockies hold their Spring Training games. On the east side of the 101 across from Salt River Fields is the new Talking Stick Resort and Casino. There is a museum, large library and Arts Center downtown Mesa. You will find a number of Shows going on at the Arts Center along with weekend fairs on Main Street also. Within 5 miles there are two city golf courses, Royal Palms will give you 9 holes and Dobson Ranch is a full 18 hole course.
There are many things to do in Arizona in the winter with our fantastic weather. Use the patio home as your start for day and weekend trips around our beautiful state.

The home is NOT wheelchair accessible.
The CC&R's state trucks must be parked in the garage with the door down overnight. The garage will accommodate a short bed with the receiver removed. Trucks may be parked in the driveway during the day as long as they do not overhang the sidewalk or street.
