In the landscape of Salento, among ancient olive trees and clear blue sea, there is this beautiful villa features a lush private garden carefully tended and a large swimming pool located in the center of the property. POOL: The large swimming pool, fully renovated in 2017, measuring 6 m. x 15 m. more recessa scale that was produced with the use on the steps of Softwalk® of Piscine Castiglione / Myrtha Pools, to make access in the tank and the stop on the scale more comfortable and secure, which often becomes a place of play for children. The depth is increasing, from a minimum of cm. 100 to a maximum of 320 cm. Villa Delle Lantanas is "GREEN"! We adopt a continuous improvement process to reduce the environmental impact. ENERGY: Villa Delle Lantanas has adopted photovoltaic solar system for electricity production. ENERGY USE: The air conditioning units in the rooms and all appliances, refrigerators, washing machine, dryer (tumbler), are energy class A or higher. LIGHTING: energy saving on the lights, is made exclusively using LED lamps. All the external lighting, avenue, garden, patio, swimming pool, is handled through crepuscular automatic systems. WASTE DISPOSAL: the structure separate trash. GARDEN: the presence of plants purify the environment and contributes to a pleasant spaces of the accommodation. The planting of trees in the exterior not only absorb CO2, but expands the space usable by guests. A green area of 10,000 square meters. The structure is engaged to reduce the use of herbicides, pesticides and chemical agents for the maintenance of green areas. VILLA OF lantana is on 120 square meters of living space, in an exclusive setting ideal for families with children but also for romantic stays in a quiet hall. From the long driveway leads to the front door that leads through a hallway, directly to the "living area" consists of: living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, and a bathroom with shower; from a first French door access to the patio set up for organizing delightful outdoor dining. On the right wing of the house, there is the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms, one (master bedroom) with walk-in closet with direct access to the garden, large bathroom with adjoining bath, and a double bedroom with walk-in closet. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: a covered area of about 40 m. square protects the area where they placed a large dining table, a barbecue area, a sofa with two armchairs and its coffee table. The ideal place to stay outdoors, dine and relax. SOLARIUM: the large terrace area surrounding the pool is equipped with four Gazebo. The first pavilion houses a comfortable sitting area, consisting of a sofa two armchairs and a coffee table, perfect for an aperitif or to chat in a magnificent and exclusive.
