“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Best stay ever!” I had an amazing stay at this Villa! Daniel and his staff were awesome! Maria cooked dinner and breakfast for us which was so tasty! The home was clean and well put together. It had amazing beachfront views, I would definitely stay here again!

“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“a great getaway!” We stayed at the Icon last January and it was a treat. The condo is spacious and private with great views! You can stroll on the beach or do laps in the pool. It's also a quick trip to downtown.I highly recommend the Icon as a great place to get away from it all!

“Perfect place for vacation, lovely house to live” The vacation in Cabo San Lucas and in the house was perfect. We enjoyed the house and the ocean and water activities there. First of all, the owner is really nice and the property manager is really helpful.You can consult them for the actvities in Cabo.They speak English! The house is really good. Clean and neat. You can find everything you need in the house. We cooked several times. You can find what you need there and the Walmart is about 5-minute driving. You can buy food and grocery there. Also, there are two BBQ sites in the community and they are free of charge. You can go there for the BBQ if you've noticed the manager of the community. We did twice and it was really fun. There are gas grilled and also coal grilled. The house is near the beach and you can see the land's end and the ocean view from the house. Driving to the beach and the marina is convenient. The only problem with the house is that there are strictly two and half bathrooms. So two of the bedrooms should share the same bathroom with the door on each side. Overall, we enjoyed there and we would definitely go back to the same house if we are going cabo the next time.

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Great building, great location” I've stayed here three times over the past three years, and I'll definitely be back. The condo itself beautiful with high end finishes and a million dollar view. The building has a pool and hot tub, and its gate opens directly to the beach. I could never leave the condo and be content, but it's only a short walk from great restaurants and activities in Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a great little town that is nice, yet not overrun with tourists. Ask for Gerardo at the marina for a great fishing trip. The location is also convenient to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita if you're looking for a bigger town for a side trip. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

“Great location and an Amazing View!”  5 of 5 12 days was not long enough! We totally enjoyed our time at Sunset Beach during Christmas/New Years. The unit had a great location steps from 3 pools/swim up bar and Hot Tub. The views of the Pacific Ocean were breath taking. I would defiantly return to the resort in future years. Dennis was great to deal with and very attentive to any questions or concerns that came up.

“Amazing Villa, Fantastic Owner” Just returned from staying at Montecristo. Only word to describe the villa, and Montecristo for that matter, is AWESOME.The owner worked very hard to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible - he couldn't have been better! The views of the Pacific are just amazing. We couldn't get enough. Start of the whale season didn't disappoint - saw numerous whales each day. The villa itself exceeded my expectations. Beautiful. Comfortable. Spacious. Pool and hot tub. All the appliances you need. In Phase 2, it's an easy 5 to 10 minute downhill walk to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach - which we went to most everyday. We utilized suite service a lot and it was very good. Usually took about an hour but no biggie - relax and have a cold beverage ! We ate at Cibola (the Montecristo clubhouse restaurant) a couple times, and it was great every time. Housekeeping was terrific each day. Don't forget to tip them - they really appreciate it. If you golf, the new Quivira course is a must. Unbelievable. We just loved it - amazing views from every hole. This really is a beautiful property. The villas are top notch. The views unforgettable.
