Villa avec Piscine, classée meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles (classement officiel en préfecture sous le n°C0133/2012 ), calme, à la campagne dans un site d’exception avec une vue panoramique sur le golfe d'Ajaccio et sur le golfe de Lava depuis le séjour, la terrasse et le jardin. Piscine de 7m x 3,5 m et de 1,2m de profondeur avec plage en bois de 30m² et bain de soleil, exposition plein sud, securisé pour les enfants. Exposition plein sud, à 10 mn du centre ville d'Ajaccio et à 10 minutes des plages de sable fin.
Terrain privatif de 200 m2 avec parking et jardin, terrasse de 9 m2 avec barbecue et chaises longues.
Tres belle vue mer.
Belle vue également sur montagne (Vizzavona et châteaux de la punta).
Vue sur le lever et le coucher de soleil.
Ameublement tout confort et de qualite. Prix toutes charges comprises avec chauffage inclus.
Les animaux sont refusés.
Les draps ne sont pas compris, ils sont proposés à la location à 10 euros la parure et le linge de toilette à 5euros par personnes.
Accès internet en wifi.
