“excellent back woods getaway” What a wonderful house to stay in. Everything is there that you need and it is very clean, all you half to bring is the food you want to fix and eat. The Kitchen is really nice and has everything you need. This was our second time to Lindberg's Landing, that is how much we liked it and if we come back up to Munising this is the place to stay. It is very quiet and peaceful there. The owner Lisa is awesome to and if you need anything or help she is right there. The lake is nice and there is a fishing boat there to use which was nice. There is places to hike on the property for those who like to be outdoors. We enjoyed this a lot. And there is a lot of waterfalls in the area to go to and thy are very nice and worth the time to go see. Me and my husband stayed there for two weeks in Sept. and loved it. Linda and Denny

“Amazing house rental and fantastic location for lots of hiking!” My husband and I and our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moose Lodge. It is a wonderful place, perfectly clean, and everything you could want in a home. It is also a fantastic location to hikes of new routes every day for more than a week! We didn't even get to do all the hikes we wanted to do. You are also not far from restaurants and groceries too. I highly recommend the Moose Lodge :)

“Dream house in the North woods” My family loved staying at Cranberry Lake Lodge. The house was clean and spacious with a large deck and a fantastic view of Cranberry Lake. Located in Hiawatha National Forest, it's a little drive to Munising and Lake Superior, but it's worth it if you like the peace and quiet of the North Woods. We immediately felt at home in this beautiful house on the lake. It has all of the bells and whistles. The only negative comment I have is that we had trouble on our arrival with the lock box that holds the housekey. I called Lisa and she got back to me right away. Other than that, our stay was a great and memorable one.

“Great place to stay!” We truly enjoyed staying here. Very nice home with lots of space for everyone. Love the open floor plan. Close to town and local attractions but very private. Huge porches, nice garage. Well appointed. Sauna is a great way to wind down at the end of the day. Hiawatha's Hideaway Rentals is great to work with - very professional and dependable. “Relaxing and fun cabin vacation!” Our family stayed at this cabin in June and had a great time! When we got there we loved the rustic decor and all the space to spread out since there were 8 of us. Really super clean and there was even an extensive book of local information that helped us plan our activities since we'd never been to Saugatuck before. Even though it's a cabin, it still had all the comforts of home. I really appreciated the high speed internet and my husband loved the 5 TVs. The owners were super nice and called to see if we needed anything on our first day. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool every day and also fishing on the dock. It is about 1 1/2 miles from Saugatuck which I liked because in town it was so busy, but the neighborhood was pretty quiet and relaxing. My only complaint is that our week went too fast! We are already planning to come back next summer.

“Recharged” I have stayed at Heaven several times over the past 8 years. I find it hard to believe that there is a more tranquil and relaxing place to be. Everything you need is provided. For those who like to wander off and sight see, the destinations are endless. For someone like me, who likes to relax and get away from being busy, it is perfect. The silence is deafening.

“A wonderful place for renewal” Olga and Pat's home in South Haven is exactly that..a haven of lovely peace and quiet, but with wonderful options nearby. Their home is decorated by Olga with her incredible sense of taste and practicality, fully stocked with every amenity that one could wish, plus super comfy beds. I love the reading nook adjacent to the master bedroom, a cozy spot on rainy days. Location is perfect; two short blocks to the lake and beaches; also close to town and nearby restaurants and markets. The property is exquisitely landscaped, with a backyard that offers a variety of activities. Olga and Pat are a down-to-earth couple, friendly and very accommodating. We absolutely loved Sabina's Sandcastle and hope to return soon.

“Beautiful, quiet, peaceful! Rejuvenating and happy place!” The owners are so helpful, sweet, prompt and hungry for input. We enjoyed our stay so much!!! We housed two married couples, three kids under 6 and some teenagers and it was tight but in a fun 'together' kind of a way. The beach is down a hefty flight of stairs but is so beautiful and secluded that it is no inconvenience to make the walk to the house and back. The kids were able to run free on the beach, waves were small but fun. The basement playroom was not small child material when we were there, however it looks like it has had an awesome makeover since then. HIGHLY Recommend this rental!!!

“Fantastic rental” I stayed at the Sandy Beach Lake Retreat the week of August 6 - August 13 with my son, husband, mother and in-laws. Everyone enjoyed the property. It had plenty of room and no one felt like we were in each other's way. The rental is very clean and well maintained. Nettie, the caretaker was excellent to work with as well as Dawn, the owner. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Michigan. Highly recommend.
