We are continuously seeking to improve our service in order to make your stay most enjoyable. We don't just give you a set of keys and a bed. We give you a comfortable vacation rental that you can call home for the duration of your stay. We extend the hospitality we would expect to receive if we were on a foreign vacation; you're sure to feel like you’ve taken your home on vacation with you. Our facilities are matched only by the level of our emphasis on safety, security and customer care.

The Space:

Our two bedroom St Lucia holiday home rental is in a location away from the city. It is an ideal retreat if you're looking for a break from your usual busy life. The property is situated on half acre of a beautiful garden of flowers and tropical fruit trees in the rural South-East district of Micoud.

Gravills Vacation Rental is a self catering accommodation that contains all the modern amenities; it is sure to make you feel like you've taken your home on vacation with you. The apartment is modern, fully furnished, spacious and very well-kept. It is also available for long term rental and suitable for the business traveler.

Other Things to Note:

Along with the natural lighting, there is a constant flow of cool tropical breeze throughout the accommodation. In addition to the A/Cs, we provide ceiling fans in every room apart from the toilet / shower. The added convenience of mosquito screens that we have fitted on every door and window throughout the property ensures that you are able to sleep and relax in total comfort.

Our rainy season starts in June and ends in November but even during this time the temperature hovers between 60 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. During the late to early part of the year we enjoy much cooler evenings and early mornings.

Please note that electricity supply in Saint Lucia is 220 - 240 watts but we can accommodate 110 watts. You may however carry along your power converter if you wish.

Should you decide not to hire a vehicle, we can provide a pick up service from Hewanorra international airport upon your arrival. Our charge is very reasonable; below the normal taxi fare. A tour around Saint Lucia is a main feature on visitors “to do list". We can provide this service at a much reduced rate, the choice is entirely yours. Whatever your needs are, please do not hesitate to ask. We will be available 24/7. We are committed to ensuring the comfort of all our guests therefore we will respect your privacy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
