“Amazing!” This condo was amazing!!! Susie was fabulous from booking, check in, making sure we were okay and check out. I still email Susie and will be staying again here very soon. Clemaris met us there and showed us all around. We had a cute little bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms had a 1/2 bath which helped when my sister and I were getting ready at the same time. It had an outdoor shower off the back patio - very cool! The condo is behind Grace Bay Club - very short walk to the beach. Ports of Call shopping and Grace Way Gourmet grocery store was a short distant walk as well. It is shaded around the condo, so we kept the windows open for a nice breeze. My sister and I are beach girls, however we did use the pool a couple of times which was very nice. We met neighbors at the pool and met new friends from Canada. The whole islands electricity went out which has never happened unless there was a hurricane. It was out for about a 24 hour period - Susie emailed checking on us and the neighbor that lives there was going to work that morning (he had a generator) asked us if we need some coffee. His sweet wife, Argentina, made us coffee! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking at home! This place is a must stay!!!

“Relaxing stay” Gilles and Genevieve work very hard to make their guest feel comfortable and at home here! My boyfriend and I visited for a week and had a wonderful time. It is in a residential area close enough to the town center to bike, drive or take a long walk. A stunningly beautiful and private beach is just a short walk away. The whole property is only 2 years old, so everything is new and well maintained. Our hosts lived right next door and were always available to help w/questions and bookings (which was great because we didn't turn on our cell phones while traveling abroad). The wifi connection was great for us too. We rented a car for part of the week, but Gilles and Genevieve drove us a few places for incredibly reasonable rates while we were car-less. This is an incredible value overall! Having such gracious hosts made our stay that much more pleasant and special too. I would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to the island.

“Adventure Island, A true paradise lost” Impossible I said, to find a relatively island of this size with so few people in this day and age but here we were, on the island of Middle Caicos, the largest of the Turks and Caicos island but with only 300 residents. The pictures did not lie, the place was immaculate and luxurious and the white sand beach stretched for miles. We found even better beachs a few miles away at Cow Hill Bay where we had full access to calm waters everyday so as to try our skill at Kayaking and Paddleboarding. Fresh Fish and Lobster were readily available and while not the best in the world, I managed to get my share with the able assistance of our local guide, Ice Robinson of Conch Bar. This place is lost in time and should be put on an endangered list so as to protect it from development. I can't begin to fathom the difficulty in building this retreat in the middle of nowhere, but here it was... Central air, 10' ceilings, spacious accommodations awesomely decorated and the kitchen was huge and well equipped. The downside if you will was a 6-7 mile drive to the 2 local restaurants in Conch Bar or over to North Caicos where there were plenty to chose from. We took a day to explore North Caicos which was a nice ride across the causeway which had been recently restored but quickly returned to our tranquility and semi-private beaches. We saw only 30 people in a week and I think most were day trippers coming from Providenciales on the ferry. A day of fishing with Dolphus arthur and his sidekick Tboy is a must. The people are extremely friendly and the property manager, Mr Forbes were fabulous. We will be back but for a longer period of time because there is just too much to explore and enjoy. 1st timers need to hire a guide because the best treasures such as Cow Hill Bay, Half a Creek and the channel between Joe Grants Cay are not readily known or mapped out properly. As I said, Adventure Island, thankfully still lost in time.

“"Total Bliss"” My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation spent at "Columbus Cottage" The whole experience; the Island, the house/pool, amazing beach, the restaurants and the people really exceeded our expectations! We immediately felt so comfortable and relaxed in your peaceful Island paradise. The location was perfact - even without a car, the taxi works ok- we now know what to expect for next time! It's Island Time... Spent the mornings at the beach, short walk nice way to start the day. The beach is amazing and private... afternoons poolside :), and went into town for dinner usually timing with a sunset view over the water. Many wonderful restaurants to choose from! We didnt feel the need to do any tours, golf or explore as expected since we were perfactly content with the total bliss right there within easy reach! Denise was very warm and welcoming, genuinely concerned for our well being - she thoughtfully had a bouquet of flowers and an anniversary card awaiting us when we arrived! - and was nice enough to make arrangements with a taxi driver for our needs throughout the week. We loved the beautiful furnishings in the 'cottage' - But have to say, the private pool was our favorite perk! The setting is very private even though there are neighbors on both sides -can't see homes from property. Thank you also for providing the Wifi - It was helpful to be able to check in. The home also provided plenty of security if that is a concern - although it's in a quiet neighborhood - we felt fine.. This was our 1st "home" rental so we were initially a bit cautious but Jane was very personable, responsive and provided us with plenty of info in advance to satisfy our concerns...seem like lovely people. Looking forward to a return visit!

“An amazing Trip!!” We stayed at the Captain's Suite for 9 days in January. The unit itself is clean, well maintained and extremely comfortable. The view is unbeatable from the balcony. The location was ideal as we were able to simply walk up the beach to multiple restaurants and open air bars. Upon check-in we were treated to a chilled bottle of champagne and a full bag of coffee. Hazlin was wonderful and very helpful during our stay. The only issue we had was that the internet never cooperated for us. We followed the instructions on restarting the system several times but never had any luck. We finally visited the main reception for the resort. The staff was kind enough to share the resort building wifi code with us.

About Turks and Caicos

A largely underappreciated Caribbean destination, the Turks and Caicos Islands offer a more rugged and authentic vacation experience to the adventurous traveler. With a drier, more arid climate than many other Caribbean nations and very little humidity, these windswept islands are perfect for beach vacations during the winter months.

Some of the top attractions for visitors include:

  • Beaches: The beaches here are less crowded than the ones you'll find in many other Caribbean vacation spots, but are no less beautiful.
  • Golf: The islands are home to professionally designed golf courses, appropriate for all skill levels. The Championship Golf Course on the island of Providenciales has hosted PGA-sanctioned events.
  • Water sports: Go scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, water skiing, or windsurfing while you are here.
  • Sailing: With a relatively windy and dry climate, the Turks and Caicos Islands rank among the premier sailing destinations in the entire Caribbean. You can either rent and commandeer your own vessel, or just relax aboard a sailing charter.
  • Honeymoon getaways: Turks and Caicos weddings are the perfect way to tie the knot in the tropical sunshine, and Turks and Caicos honeymoons are equally popular. While you are here, indulge in a treatment at one of the Turks and Caicos spas that dot the islands.

Whether you're visiting with your spouse or partner, bringing the family along or enjoying a group vacation with close friends, staying in a vacation rental is a smart alternative to cramping yourself into a tiny hotel room. Vacation rentals include beach villas, condos and houses, and they're available throughout the Turks and Caicos Islands at surprisingly affordable rates.

The Turks and Caicos Islands are a short flight or sea cruise from many other destinations and Caribbean hotspots, including Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda and Jamaica. Miami, Florida is also just an hour's plane ride to the northeast.

Affiniti Villa
Perfect Family Getaway with an AMAZING view

The location of the villa was the perfect spot on the island four our family. We were close enough to town that we could drive for groceries/dinner, but not surrounded by a ton of tourists. Las Brisas restaurant is a MUST!!! The house overlooks Chalk Sound which has amazing views all throughout the day and the most beautiful sunset in the evening. We loved taking the kayaks and paddle boards out into the sound (and even to the ocean) as well as snorkeling in our private piece of paradise. We were traveling with several toddlers and the sound was shallow and calm enough for them to also enjoy the water activities. The pool was another added bonus. The house was very clean and Vallie was amazing at responding to our every needs. She even helped us set up COVID testing at the house and gave us great recommendations on the island. She is one of the best hosts that I have ever had. Would definitely stay with Vallie again at Affiniti Villa.see more

You can stop looking, this is it

Admittedly our first time to Grand Turk, but Love Villas checked every box and then some! Of course, being 30 feet from the ocean doesn’t hurt, but that’s expected and well advertised. And while the ad is very representative of what to expect, it’s the unexpected we encountered at Love Villas that makes this place special. We didn’t expect the graciousness of Richard, the host. He is passionate about his Villas, and is tireless about ensuring your stay is complete. And his “stature” in the community never fails to bring a smile to the locals who ask where you’re staying. And while we weren’t able to indulge in all his eating/shopping/activity suggestions, his word proved true on many - not a bad meal in the bunch! Neither did we expect the quality of the Villa itself. It turns out Richard is also a builder by trade, and it shows. Everything is top notch material and craftsmanship, which don’t always translate in photos, but you certainly know it when you’re in it! As we commented on the quality, Richard said, “That’s how I’d like it, so I want you to have that too.” I’ll just say that an overnight stay at a “nice” hotel on Providenciales before we arrived here couldn't compare. The Villas are also very clean inside and out, so appreciated when traveling. And we never expected that those cool eCars that come with each Villa would be so stinking fun! Not just open air driving wherever you want to go, but the access that gives you to this truly peaceful place with the most gracious people you’ll ever meet is a bonus. One of the many little things that set Love Villas apart. The pace of Grand Turk is just what we needed, and Love Villas was the perfect retreat to embrace that pace! So you can stop searching, this is what you’re looking for.see more
TC Villas -Coriander Cottage -Steps to Grace Bay
Pleasant and perfect for a couple

This house was perfect for two. Beach was close but on the reef. However, walk a hundred yards or so and no rock. Sun perfectly hit the pool in the morning and after noon and was a perfect temperature. I felt very safe and no issues with security. Shower pressure was great and never ran out of hot water. Kitchen had anything you needed. The bed was nice but could be upgraded. Minimal dip in bed but we slept fine. Out of a 100, we rated it as a 95. The property manager did a great job explaining everything and felt like we were at home. TC Villas were great to work with and be using them in the near future! Until next time!see more
Screaming Reels Guest House, Grand Turk
Comfortable and convenient

The house is located close to the beach and across from a supermarket. The owner let us use two bicycles so that we could get around easily ( the island is small and pretty flat). The beach and water are absolutely gorgeous and hardly anybody around when the cruise ships are not in the port. We cooked most of our meals in the house. We enjoyed our stay.see more

Excellent

Excellent!!! Beautiful room over looking the ocean and the balcony right off the pool as in the photos. Although it is more quiet than Grace Bay you had some nice bars and restaurants a short walk away and beach access right across the street. I definitely recommend this place! … see more
