Description

A short distance from Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires, the new delightful studio finely restored in 2013 in silent ancient building. Equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, books, DVDs, CDs, guides and information material) is a comfortable base in the center due to work commitments, for sightseeing and shopping. It overlooks a small street in an area full of art galleries, shops, traditional and ethnic restaurants, pizzerias, theaters and many local rituals for happy hours in Milan. For lovers of the via Palestro gardens green in the city (with the Planetarium and the Museum of Natural History) it is within walking distance in just 10 minutes; Piazza del Duomo, the Teatro alla Scala, Via Montenapoleone and the fashion district are within 20 minutes or three metro stops (red line to 350 meters). The Central Railway station - where also the shuttles from all airports - is just 10 minutes. The area is also served by the bike-sharing service, trams and the railway link with which you can reach Rho - Fieramilano in less than half an hour (all this only 100 meters). NOTE Rates may vary according to special events / events and based on length of stay. Delivery / collection of keys from the owner. Security deposit of € 100 at check-in. Check-in and check-out at any day and time. HOW TO GET THERE Metro M1 (red line): PORTA VENEZIA stop ( "Corso Buenos Aires - Viale Regina Giovanna" exit) and then take Viale Regina Giovanna to Piazza Otto Novembre. surface lines: Tram 5,23,33 60 Passante rail bus: stop PORTA VENEZIA (exit Piazza Otto Novembre). From all airports (Linate, Malpensa, Orio al Serio) and to the Central Station of Milan train every 10 minutes convenient bus. From Linate airport you can also take advantage of the 73 (ordinary urban bus ticket: € 1.50 valid for 90 minutes) and get off at the terminus, or stop SAN BABILA; from here, by keeping to a previously validated ticket, take the red line metro (M1 - Sesto 1 ° Maggio FS) and after only 2 stops get off at PORTA VENEZIA. Coming from Central Station the apartment can be reached in just 4 Metro stops: you must take the green line (M2 - Gessate / Cologno Nord) until LORETO stop then change to the red line (M1 - direction Bisceglie / Rho Fiera ) and get off at PORTA VENEZIA. Bike sharing 100 meters in Piazza Otto Novembre. Area full of pubs, pizzerias and restaurants with Italian and ethnic cuisine (in the apartment my personal suggestions from the Green Book).
