Description
An original and very cozy house, fully furnished and equipped, accommodates up to 8 people. The apartment has comfortable spaces, a beautiful equipped kitchen, 4 bright bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This house is served by many public transport as it's just few steps away from the bus stop leading to Piazza Duomo (15 minutes). The area is also full of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
This house has been cleverly converted into a cozy place ready to welcome guests from all over the world traveling to Milan for work or pleasure.
This apartment offers hospitable and pleasant atmosphere, it's functional, completely furnished and equipped environments.
The equipment includes WiFi (unlimited), washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning / heating in every room, TV, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine and much more .. Linen is provided in the apartment - on the number of guests.
The living area has a "relax area" with two comfortable sofas located in front of the TV, a pull-out dining table with chairs and a beautiful kitchen with island / worktop fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.
This part of the house, furnished with shabby style, is bright and illuminated by large windows that overlook a quiet inner courtyard.
The apartment accommodates up to 8 people and has 4 comfortable bedrooms. Our guests will be able to choose how to prepare and arrange 3 bedrooms because there are single beds that can be push together to have a queen size.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed.
All bedrooms have large wardrobes and useful desks where you can place computers or personal belongings.
The house has 2 bathrooms with a shower and sanitary.
FAMILY CARE: baby cot and highchair on demand and upon availability
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: we will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights. The cost of the registration (101.5 €) has to be paid by guests.
Upon arrival you will find :
- Beds made (except sofa beds, whose linen will be left for you in a wardrobe)
- Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
- Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dish washer and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags
Other things to note
TOURIST TAX to be paid cash on arrival: 3 euro per person per night (few exemptions are established by the Municipality of Milan such as for the underage)
GARBAGE RECYCLING : instructions in 10 languages for proper disposal according to local laws
Possibility to receive free correspondence and parcels in our office (on request and according the type of correspondence and/or parcels)

“Nice apartment”
The apartment is cosy and clean, comfortable for a family of six. The host is very kind and friendly, she gave us good suggestions for restaurants and transport. Maybe an area to consider is to upgrade furniture that is squeaking like beds and chairs, buy a coffee machine, better hangers, and toilet paper holders, to make the stay more pleasant.
