Description

A stone-built messonaite in a distance of 48 kilometers from Heraklion and 18 kilometers from Agios Nikolaos and an altitude of 85 m. with panoramic view gaze the verdurous plain of Milatos and the endless azure of the Aegean. Totally harmonized with the natural environment, built of stone and wood. Fully equipped with excellent quality materials they offer satellite TV, home cinema, ADSL Internet free access, security system, fireplace, heated swimming pool(from OCTOBER-MAY with extra charge of 250,00E/week), garden, parking space for 3 vehicles, barbeque, and furnace.Play ground and vegetable garden.

1 bedroom on ground floor,3bedrooms on first floor and the 5th bedroom at semibasement next to play room with private entrance.

During your stay you should know that:

1. The light of the garden and of the swimming pool turn on and off automatically, while the garden’s watering is automatically done at 05.00am.

2. The house has been disinfected and traps for rodents, snakes etc. have been placed outdoors at the points were you will find the relevant notice. The traps do not contain hazardous substances for humans.

3. Each Saturday or Sunday morning at 10:00 to 11:00am a control and the cleaning of the swimming pool is performed, and a supervision of the devices.

5. The electricity used inside the house is of 220V.

6. The tap water is suitable for cooking.

7. All switches on the electric panel have been marked according to their function.

8. Throw your garbage, at the waste bins that are situated inside the village. Please, do not leave your garbage at the yard because it can attract stray cats and rats.

10. The gardener performs maintenance works in the garden, twice a month.

11. In case of electricity interruption, a generator is immediately activated which shall provide electricity for the entire period of the interruption. You must not use electrical devices (a/c and cooker) of high electricity consumption during this period.
