Hello from Katy and Ross. We are the new owners, welcome to the same great caravan at the same great location!
Set in landscaped parkland, this sprawling coastal lodge-resort in New Milton is 0.7 miles from Barton on Sea Golf Course, 4.5 miles from the town of Lymington and 5.3 miles from the New Forest National Park. The park is perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful New Forest and the sandy beaches of Bournemouth. Our home from home caravan is situated within a 10 minute walk from park facilities which include a newly refurbished Indoor Pool, Fitness Suite, Kids Club, Reflections Day Spa, Bars with live entertainment and Restaurant with takeaway and Pizzeria, Seasonal Outdoor Heated Pool, Mini Golf, 3 children's play areas and a well stocked Spar supermarket. Our modern two bedroom en suite Caravan which sleeps up-to 6 guests is situated on a south facing pitch within the highly sought after Sea Breeze area backing onto woodland on the 5* Shorefield Country Park. Just a 10 min walk to the shingle beach of Milford on Sea overlooking the Isle of Wight and the Needles. The caravan is fully furnished with one King-size bedroom and en suite WC as well as large double fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be joined together along with a single wardrobe for storage. The modern bathroom has a large Power Shower. The kitchen/lounge area is open planned with plenty of seating which includes a pullout double sofa bed and a dining table. Kitchen is modern and fully equipped with Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge and full size Gas Cooker. Electric Fire within the lounge area with full Central Heating via radiators throughout and double glazed windows. Included is a docking station, large TV with freeview, a Playstation 3 console along with a selection of games, Children/Adult games as well as a selection of books. Located immediately at the front of the caravan are 2 parking spaces along with a sunny grassed area ideal for children to play, along with table and chairs. Free Wifi is available throughout the caravan & main park facilities. Please Note.• Quilts and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen, quilt covers, towels and tea towels• Membership passes for the site are included.• Tea, Coffee and Sugar will be provided but we just ask for them to be topped up if used.• Electricity and Gas are included within the rental of the caravan. “Lovely caravan on a lovely park”
Just returned from a weekend stay with 2 children (age 5 and 10) . We weren’t in the caravan much as there was lots to see and do on the site or in Milford on Sea. The caravan had everything we needed and more plus the hosts were fab at sending booking details through and answering any questions. We will be back - thanks for letting us stay in your caravan xx

“Fantastic holiday”
Fabulous break in lovely caravan. Very clean and comfortable. Location perfect, 10 mins walk to the beach and short drive to The New Forest and towns. Sunsets were incredible from the beach. Weather was stunning so we were able to enjoy relaxing on the caravan decking, which was very warm and got evening sun. Indoor swimming pool bit small for the amount of caravans, but so much else to do not much time for it anyway! Great play parks on site and tennis courts. Highly recommend this caravan!

“Clean caravan, ideal location.”
The caravan is situated in a peaceful part of the park, away from the play areas and bars. It was very clean and well looked after, added bonus is the balcony which gets the sun all day long, and the comfy outdoor furniture. The park is very pretty, really tidy and has squirrels running around the trees. Milford beach is 3mins drive/15 mins stroll away. Most tourist attractions are within 20 to 30 mins away, we went to Libertys Owl Sanctuary, Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard, Lymington, all recommended! The Royal Oak at the end of the road is an old country pub and the food is amazing, very generous portions and a friendly welcome. The New Forest is stunning and the local people really friendly. Would definitely return and definitely recommend it.

“Couldn't be happier....”
I was very impressed with the messages that we received prior to our stay with regards to location, directions, things to do in the area and then a step-by-step to the caravan and key. The owners had thought of everything, the van was immaculate and plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 children. My eldest is Type 1 diabetic and Coeliac the restaurant catered for gluten free and they weighed her food for me to calculate her insulin which is a huge deal to us and made our stay more enjoyable having the freedom with food and the local shop had a gluten free section also. The indoor and outdoor pools were quite big, our only down side was we had to book 45 min sessions but we were impressed with the way the sessions were led and again the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff was second to none. The gym was fully equipped and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. This was our best family holiday so far and would only ever book through holiday lettings I will never go direct with a holiday park

“Very clean, lovely area, 10/10”
Stayed here due to my holiday to Malaga being cancelled. Was set in a lovely location, close to eveything, van was very tidy and neatly presented. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back again at some point :) thank you both.

The well equipped and clean caravan in a very nice location with all the facilities to keep my grandchildren happy, with a new forest a short drive away. Daughter, grandsons and myself had a great long weekend away
