A private retreat situated on 58 acres and carefully restored over 18 months, "The Cottage" is a rustic, farm Cottage reminiscent of turn of the century East Texas living. total restoration in 2012 retained its country charm but added new wiring, plumbing and Central Heat and air. Great Decor! In Mineola, 20 minutes to Canton or Lake Fork. Fishing ponds, hiking and pleasing views. Entire Cottage with a queen and two single beds. Optional "make your own" breakfast fixins available at $10 more per person per night.

Response from the owner We're so pleased that you enjoyed the Cottage with your family! We stocked the catfish last year and they have really grown since then. I enjoyed visiting with your family on Saturday and talking Texas music with your Dad! Had I known that you would be cooking for such a large group I certainly would have put some big pots and pans in there! (I have since put a large pot over there just in case other guests need one) Thanks again for staying with us and for your review!

How do damage deposits work?
