**Important Notice: There is potential for construction in this building and the building adjacent to this condo through April 20th, 2024. Reservations during these dates may be subject to, but not limited to: intermittent noise disturbances, elevator closures, walkway blockages, etc. Construction hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm**

Enter condo A203 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 2nd floor and is located on the east end of the property near the tennis courts. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are two lighted tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.
