Our family visited the gulf coast for the first time, and we enjoyed our time at Hidden Dunes. Our unit, 1005, was well-equipped, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the living room also as it allowed for some nice time together when it rained some of the time. I gave the rating a 3 because we did notice that the fan for the range (overhead) did not work at all. As part of our plan for our stay was to cook to save on cost (and I enjoy cooking very much), the lack of any exhaust meant we had to open the doors and such to avoid the fire alarm going off. I called the management service the next day and was told someone would come (but the day before we'd leave as they were probably too busy with other calls). Unfortunately, no one came and it was not fixed, so I stopped cooking things I had bought--so cost to us was greater in the end--something we intentionally avoided. One side note for the kitchen is to include plastic spatulas for the non-stick cookware. I only saw metal ones. Finally, the sliding door to the terrace has no lock, so the wind whipped through it and the blinds were hard to move (one fell after I followed all the directions to move them appropriately). It's a great place to stay, though. The daily chair and umbrella was great. We did take advantage of the parasailing on the gift card, and we enjoyed eating out even though we really did not want to. Will return, but may try another unit next time. Got recommendations from others who stayed there too.

We've been coming to hidden dunes for 20+ years...The buildings and landscaping have been given loving care and are beautiful. Would never consider staying at another condo...When you can stay at the best.
"It was a delightful experience in a perfect fall visit."

Everything was an absolute joy. The weather was beautiful after worrying about the storm coming. The condo was equipped better than any that we have previously stayed in, and we loved having the chairs and umbrella on the beach. We lived on the beach most of the time. Thank you for having everything needed at hand.

The exceptional service from the nice lady that checked us in @ Newman-Dailey, to all of the security personnel, and all of the beach staff, it was truly wonderful just like Hd1005. The home was modern, clean and made you feel right at home. We love the Hidden Dunes area and the only thing that would make it any better is if we lived there! We will be back! Thanks so much :)

Four of our family enjoyed a long weekend at Hd1005 over Veteran's Day. While it was November the weather was bgeautiful, the condo was just perfect and the view from the windows was amazing. Immaculately clean and nicely appointed - made us feel right at home --- so much so that we have reserved the unit for a month during October and November 2013. We loved it!!

My two teenage boys and I rented this unit over the 4th of July holiday. The unit was very clean and offered all the things needed to have a nice and relaxing vacation. We were able to enjoy a beautiful fireworks show from the balcony that overlooks the beach. Would definitely recommend or try to go back!

This is our first time in Miramar Beach and my family had a blast! The rental room was a great experience to enjoy the beach and sun. The room had everything that you can want for a home away from home. The room was large enough for four adults and two children. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The convenience of the beach below was well worth the stay.
The white, powdered sand and the emerald green waters was stunning. Everyone had a wonderful time and we plan to come back next year. What attracted me to this resort is the private beach and the tennis courts. The staffs at the tennis courts were wonderful and playing on the rubico clay was a great experience. I highly recommend the resort for families with young children.

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely! We loved having the beautiful view and the beach side service. We also enjoyed the extras that came with the condo.( gocarts, mni golf, waterpark, etc) We thought the beach was nice and never as crowded as other beaches near us. We are coming back next year for sure!

Location was great, condo was very clean and the view was amazing. We travel with our kids and don't eat out much and like that there were grills on site..only 1 of the 3 grills actually worked and we ended up having to wait for other guests to get done which delayed our dinner for over an hour. Condo didn't have any BBQ tools either so we had to improvise and use forks. Love having washer and dryer but no laundry basket anywhere. Also maybe an extra pillow, blankets and towels. There are no extra linens at all and the nights were chilly, we used our beach towels as extra blankets on the beds. Read more
It is very upsetting to know that our accomodations and service did not meet our guest's expectations. We are available to our guests 24/7 and are happy to help. We have contacted this guest directly in hopes they will allow us another opportunity to serve them.

"Great family spot with an ocean view and a fair price!"

Hidden Dunes is the perfect place to stay if you want to be on the beach but you don't want to spend a fortune. The condo was decorated nice but wasn't over the top. My kids liked the tv and the stereo. I liked the king bed in the master and the ocean views. I would have liked 2 queen beds in the second room instead of doubles. The kitchen and bathrooms were average but still fine for the week. They were clean and that's the most important. There was a table and chairs outside on the balcony but not the most comfortable or updated either. Overall, I still love the area , the private beaches, the family atmosphere, the clean, comfortable condo, the beach views close to golfing or groceries, and the fair price. It's not luxurious but It's very nice and that's why we keep going back!
