check in was very easy. condo was clean with way more linens then what we needed for our long weekend. the place was very simple but we had no problems with needing anything. the kitchen was well stocked. we bought all the essentials for the kitchen but ended up not really needing them. we didn't even use up the ones provided. the place was very quite for the most part. no problems with neighbors. we had a nice relaxing and calm weekend there.
even though the beach is across the street, it really is an easy walk. beach was clean and never crowded.
we very much enjoyed our stay. and the property owners/mgrs were very nice about check out. we left way before business hours and they took care of everything for us. would deff use this property again.

The time of course was not long enough, however we enjoyed ourselves. The condo was cozy and comfortable. The location was beautiful and convenient. I will look forward to another trip to Miramar Beach next summer.

The condo met all of our needs. We all the tools that we needed to cook with and the unit was clean. It is older and the furniture could be updated, but it served its purposes. The only real complaint is that there were 2 Dvds and neither of them worked.
Thanks for the kind words! I'm going to tease you: maybe your steps are shorter than most? Just kidding! I'll take that off our description if you think it's not accurate. We appreciate your nice review!
"nice for the price"

room was clean and comfortable. we were on the back side so the view wasn't the greatest, but it is well worth the money. location is directly across from the beach with private access so you don't have to walk far. we will definetly stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo itself but we were located by one
of the pools. It was extremely loud at night starting around
9p.m. until about midnight. Also heard people above us all night
Would visit again only if our room was beachside and on top floor.
Sorry you found it noisy, we have guests who have stayed there year after year.

The unit was clean and a short walk to the beach. If you looked hard you could see a piece of the beach from the balcony. The kitchen was decently stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, and silverware. Do note that there are no spices.
The bed and furniture were comfortable. The walls are very thin so hope that you do not have noisy neighbors.
Overall I would recommend this unit.
Wish you would have given us 4 stars - it seems like you were very complimentary!

This was a great value and location for our long weekend at the beach. It was clean, there was plenty of bedding and towels. The bedroom is at the entrance to the condo and has a window that looks over the pool. It was full of kids that were pretty noisy, so if you're sensitive to that, bring earplugs. Once I fell asleep, it didn't bother me. Also, the kitchen could use a small cutting board for fruits and veggies. I wanted to slice an apple and had nowhere to do it. We followed the instructions for the DVD/VCR combo in the living room and could not get the DVD player to work. It would turn on, but the Eject button wasn't functioning so we couldn't put anything in there. Other than that, this was a very affordable, convenient place to stay and we would definitely come back.
"nice getaway, family and friends enjoyed many fun activities."

This is a great place to stay for all ages.Great Location! Very close to the beaches and shopping malls. Security guards are very precise on pool closing and rules. Definitely on power trips but good to know they're around. All around great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and at such a great deal. Everything was clean when we arrived, and all we had to do was unpack. The complex is literally right across the street from the beach. We had no problems at all crossing the street, as there are pedestrian crossings everywhere. The water is gorgeous. It is a great area to take a morning jog. It is close to everything, without being crowded. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to Publix, Wal-Mart, and Destin Commons. A friendly word of advice: If you have kids, just be aware that the sound carries in the hallways and people inside the condo can hear when feet are stomping. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay, and we will definitely return to this condo on our next stay in Destin.
"Awful; we never not any rest while we were there and left a day"

The description of the rental says ocean view but it does not have one. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. There was food left from the previous renter left on the floor. We could hear everything that was going on above and never got any sleep the 3 days we stayed. I am not a complainer so I did not complain to the property owners until the security guard saw me packing my SUV in the middle of the night. When I did complain Micah Berg was very rude to me and said that the only reason I was complain is because he made me pay for the entire rental before I arrived and I was bitter. Which is not true. This condo is advertised as ocean view which it did not have and was not clean and I left a day early. The property manager was very rude to me and I will never rent from them again. I will rent from Resort Quest who I have always rented from and have never had a problem. Thanks
We were never able to verify any of these issues because we weren't notified of problems until several days after the reservation departure. The guest constantly delayed payment and rental agreements and complained for weeks that she didn't want to pay her balance as agreed upon when renting the condo two months earlier.
With regards to the view, our advertisements show pictures from each individual unit. This one does have a view of the water from the balcony, but it is from across the street and through a couple of beach houses as the picture clearly shows.
We do our best to make everyone happy and would have gladly sent housekeeping or maintenance over right away if there were problems with the condo.
