Vibrant with color and comfort, Trinidad will remind you of just another day in paradise. This spacious home was designed especially for vacationers who want it all.
The kitchen is airy and opens up to the dining room where you’ll find enough seating for several families. A unique fireplace warms the soothing living room so you’ll always feel just right…winter or summer. And the bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated in beach pastels and different themes reminiscent of the Florida lifestyle. Each one also has the distinction of its own vanity and sink apart from the restroom. The master bath is especially inviting with a large garden tub and a window that looks out to the gulf.
Trinidad also has a few extra goodies that make other vacation rentals jealous for sure. It’s got a two car garage just waiting to be filled with tired cars and beach toys. There are 3 separate balconies and decks all with a view of the Gulf. The downstairs patio also has a grill for a stay at home barbecue under the blue Destin sky and brilliant sunsets. And a community pool and lounge area is just a few houses away when you need a refreshing dip.
However, the best feature of Trinidad is not man made and will always live up to your expectations. It’s none other than the glorious Gulf of Mexico. The beaches here in Destin are award-winning and absolutely stunning. And Trinidad is literally across the street with nothing blocking your view of the breathtaking scenery.
Even though the beach is fantastic, there’s a lot to be said for the entertainment possibilities here in Destin as well. World class golf, all your favorite designer stores, antique shops, tasty restaurants, movie theatres and live entertainment are all in a mile’s radius. What more could a savvy vacationer or a beach lover want?

Our week was absolutely perfect @ our stay @ Trinidad in Miramar Beach. House was more than enough room for our 9 adults & 4 children. We even had 1 bedroom that was not utilized. The folks @ Newman Dailey couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Three beach umbrellas & 6 chairs were furnished. Also enjoyed the free golf & the passes for racetrack/rides. The location was perfect:great ocean view, especially from the 2nd floor deck. Easy walk across street to beach access @ Caribbean Joes. Enjoyed listening to the live music there & could hear it from our deck outside. Great being able to just walk across the street to eat or have a drink. House was furnished with anything we could have possibly needed (well stocked kitchen, etc) & extra refrigerator in carport. Great location, convenient to outlet mall, etc. Thanks to the owners for sharing this perfect vacation home with us. Will definitely rebook, if able to make it to Destin, again.

This house is directly across the street from Pompano Joe's, second house in, on Scenic 98. Your view from bottom patio and second story balcony is unobstructed as it is over the public parking lot at beach. House is perfect for young marrieds with infants as there is 3 king size bedrooms. My husband and I and our 5 adult children, grandma, and an aunt and uncle and their other fit perfect. House had everything for those who want to cook the fresh seafood and farmer's market finds. Only thing this house needs is a knife sharpener or better knives. Really appreciate this agency allows staff to leave beach toys and coolers from other renters in garage and has second refrigerator for beer and fruit. Also, house had plenty of towels, toilet paper, to get your first night and day at beach before going to dreaded walmart.
The two babies really enjoyed the shady pool area. Three of us had online college classes and utilized wifi. Loved the iphone speaker tower to listen to music while we grilled. lots of closet space, parking for 5 - 6 cars. Just bring extra wash clothes and your favorite cooking knives. Jet ski rentals, parasailing, big red, across street, live music from 5 - 7 at pompano joe.

The 1st couple of days were a little stessful as our cable system did not work properly and we could not access the internet on our computers due to problems with site code to be used. For more details speak with Tasha. After issues were corrected, remainder of stay was normal and house was great since close and within walking distance to beach. We usually always stay in the Miramar Beach area. The house did need cleaning under beds and behind furniture. It was very dusty in these areas when I do a walk through to make sure nothing was left by my family. Since there were 4 children with us, I always check under beds for their toys, shoes, etc that cannot be seen.

I had seen this house a number of times since we frequently vacation in Destin, but had never needed so much room before. We had our entire family meet for a week and this house really filled our needs. The location was perfect since it's right across from the beach access as well as Pompano Joe's restaurant. There were nine of us staying in the house and each couple had enough space for some "alone time." The balconies were delightful, with a great view from the one on the second floor. The kitchen was very well stocked with all cooking necessities. I'd certainly plan a return visit to this house if we ever have a family reunion in Destin again!

Our stay was wonderful as always. I have stayed in these houses for the last eight years and have enjoyed each one. There was some sugar ants in the kitchen this time, but I guess that is normal for this time of year.

The house was nice, we took a large extended family and had plenty of room for everyone and did not feel crammed. The house was clean with plenty of utensils in the kitchen to cook for as many family as we had with us. The location was good. Wish that the patio furniture was better, but it was ok. The master king suite we stayed in was supper nice. The beds were very comfortable. Newman Dailey was wonderful and when we had a concern they took care of it promptly. The only problem we encountered the whole trip was there was some small ants in two bedrooms, however, someone came out and sprayed and fixed the problem. Plan on staying in this home again. Affordable and plenty of room for everyone.

Large home that can easily accommodate 16 people.
great location, accross the street from a wonderful beach. The house is slightly old and we had some issues with a TV and a grill, however, both problems were very quickly taken care of and resolved to our satisfaction.
The pool was heated upon our arrival, which makes it great for the children to swim especially that the ocean water at this time of the year is cold.
The location is also very central, close to the outlet mall, the open air mall, Publix, Winn Dixie, and many restaurants. The Newman Dailey staff were very helpful and courteous.

The location is great. The size and convenience is fine for a large family gathering. The space in the garage was great for keeping all our outside toys, coolers, and other stuff out of our way. We had some problems that we had to report during our stay. But the response to them was immediate and well intentioned. `The air conditioning unit did not keep the unit cool enough. The temperature got to 81 in the afternoon and evening. We called to ask for help and were brought fans, but were told there was nothing else that could be done. The washer leaked and the next day they brought a new one, so that response was great. The dryer took a really long time to dry, so we tried to air dry towels as much as possible. We were told that we would have 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas with them. They were great when we got them but the young man who took care of them was grouchy and unless we came early in the day we actually didn't get the chairs. We were told we could keep them until 5 but he folded and put them away as early as 3:30.

May family and friends had an absolutely wonderful time the week we stayed in Destin. It was our second stay. I can't wait until summer again for stay number 3. The location is perfect. It is so close to the beach and has a pool next door and Pompano Joe's just across the street with food and drinks. I look forward to our next stay. Many memories made that we laugh about all year.
