La villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Mirepeisset, près de Ginestas. Placée dans la belle campagne du Minervois, département de l'Aude, en Languedoc-Roussillon, à 20 km de la mer.
Une villa de plain pied, avec une chambre/studio externe indépendante et un garage.
Face aux pièces à vivre à l'arrière de la villa, un grand espace piscine entouré de dallage en pierres naturelles formant l'arrière terrasse et le sol de la véranda attenante. Entourée d'un jardin de gravier, planté d'une variété d'arbres méditerranéens.
Une entrée principale couverte révèle un carrelage au grand format, que l'on retrouve dans tous les bâtiments, des WC, une chambre, accès ouvert à la grande et lumineuse pièce à vivre incorporant salon, partie salle à manger, cuisine moderne bien équipée et buanderie attenante au garage.
Depuis le dégagement des chambres, accès à deux autres chambres spacieuses, une salle de bain avec douche et des WC privés et la chambre studio séparée avec salle d'eau privée/WC.
Le tout en très bon état dans un cadre tranquille. Une villa moderne spacieuse, ouverte et lumineuse construite avec des matériaux uniformes et de bonne qualité.
les locataires devront s'acquitter de la taxe de séjour de 2,53 euros par personne et pas jour pour les adultes a leur arrivée.
