La casa è ubicata al primo piano di una casa a due piani, con un terrazzo indipendente

che si affaccia sull'agrumeto e sulle colline circostanti. E' composto da una stanza con un divano letto

da una piazza e mezzo in comunicazione con una camera da letto matrimoniale;

un salotto con un tavolo da pranzo ed un divano letto matrimoniale;

una cucina; un bagno con doccia

L’Azienda Agricola Paparoni, fondata nel 1953, a gestione familiare, si estende per 14 ettari di agrumeto ed oliveto.

Si trova a 3km dal mare ed a 9 km dal centro di Capo d'Orlando e può essere il punto di partenza per numerose escursioni, dalle isole Eolie alle più affascinanti città d'arte, dalla costa alla montagna

Da venti anni lavora con metodi di agricoltura biologica; il sole fornisce l’energia per pompare l’acqua goccia a goccia, senza sprechi, agli oltre settemila alberi.

L’Azienda propone quattro alloggi indipendenti, confortevoli e climatizzati ottenuti da antiche case di contadini recentemente ristrutturate ed immerse nel verde.

Il "percorso scoperta", la piscina e l’area giochi per bambini permettono ai nostri ospiti di conoscere l’azienda agricola e di vivere la propria vacanza in completo relax.

“La campagne à deux pas de la mer”

La location est bien située, proche de Capo jolie ville, et plages agréables. Depuis 8 ans que nous sillonnons la sicile, c'est la première fois que nous somme déçus de notre location surtout au niveau de l'accueil, Heureusement qu'il y a un gentil gardien, serviable. La salle de bain toute petite pour 4 adultes, la cuisine n'est pas équipée , rien pour faire votre ménage en cours de séjour, j'ai du demander un balai au gardien ! le linge de maison n'est pas changé , nous sommes restés 15 jours !!!Nous avons eu uniquement par téléphone le propriétaire à l'arrivée, au hasard des lessives faites à la machine à laver commune, j'ai vu la propriétaire. Aucune indication sur les activités et lieux à découvrir dans la région, Nous étions dans un agritourisme citron orange et olives, par un pot d'accueil auquel nous étions habitués, une dégustation nous aurait fait plaisir voire inciter à acheter peut-être ! on sent bien que c'est de la location business dommage !!

Response from the owner Bonjour, je suis désolée que vous n'avez pas aimé le séjour par complete. Avant toute je suis très désolée par le linge de maison, est vraiment étrange que ne se fait pas, et je contacterè immédiatement le dame que se occupe de ca, nous avons toujours eu le changement hebdomadaire et je vais demande encore excuse par ca. Par les autres questions, donc:la maison est exactement comme vous puez voir dans internet (n'est pas très grand et n'est pas tre petit est une maison normale par famille, et comme vous pouvez voir aussi la tarif est proportionnée à la structure). Nous ne faisons pas restauration ou dégustation dans la ferme et n'est pas écrit que nous offrions degustation de produits, désolée si vous avez compris ca. Nous offrions juste la possibilité de prendre dans notre arbre notre fruits (principalement citron et orange) et toute le client sont informè de ca. Nous avons an gardien que vit dans la ferme 24h sur 24h, toujours disponibile par necessitè et toujours à disposition de nôtres clients. N'est pas possible pour moi viennent souvent dans la ferme, malheureusement, mais je donne toujours mon numero de telephone par toute les informations ou problème et je écris à mon clients toujours de envoye moi an message ou appellè moi par toute (malheuresmente je n'est pas reçu aucun appel téléphonique ou un message de nôtres clients, donc n'est pas possible pou moi si i'll à de problème). Par nous la communications est très important, et comme nous sommes nouveau dans cette experience et nous savons qu'il ya beaucoup de choses à améliorer, ceci est la raison pour laquelle le savoir pendant le séjour est toujours mieux que plus tard. En toute cas je remercier les clients à nouveau et nous pouvons nous assurer que nous prendrons cette évaluations comme une raison d'améliorer.
