Description

Our villa was named by the stone who is a natural phenomenon, because the rays of the sun fall on him at eight o'clock in the morning and it is called the cornerstone of Osamura (Eight Hour).
The house was built 500 hundred years ago and it was renovated two years ago.
Also there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a diner and lounge area. The villa is ideal for 6-8 people on 130 m² living area and terrace/garden on 110 m² with pool which is equipped with massage bench, barbecue, table, chairs and summer beds. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with 3 single beds and sofa bed, all with linen. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster etc. Bathrooms are equipped with hair-drier, soup, towels and shampoo. And the is washing machine. The villa features an air conditioning, free WiFi (internet connection), cable TV, Play Station 3, playroom with all kind off games, freezer ect.
Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request.
Transfer service is available.
This House would be perfect for a big family or a group of friends looking for a peaceful location just 10 minutes walking from typical Dalmatian villages with long pebble beaches and Dubrovnik old town.
Smoking is allowed, except in bedrooms.
Pets are allowed.
Parking for two cars is in front of the house and behind the house there is big parking place for van or large cars. Parking it free of charge.
