Thanks for looking at our listing in beautiful Moab, Utah. Please note the rates listed are ballpark figures (could be slightly higher or lower based off of the demand for the season but gets you in the ballpark for what our rates would be. Ballpark rates listed at bottom of description) If you are FLEXIBLE with your dates, pleae let me know as I might be able to offer you a better rate if I can back you up to another reservation.
Newer 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2-car garage townhome, 1600 square feet, built in February 2008. Located in the desirable Rim Village Vistas complex, our townhome is recently furnished and ready for all your vacation needs. Rim Village Vistas is conveniently located close to Moab's premier golf course and to world famous mountain bike trails. Just a few miles south of town, our townhome has breath taking views of the surrounding beauty that Moab is famous for. The community amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball hoop and a hot tub 100 yards away.
This is a 2 level townhome with the master on the main floor and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has king for you to spread out in, while the 2 bedrooms upstairs have a queen in one room and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom.
After enjoying Arches National Park, Slick Rock, Canyonlands, or Dead Horse Point relax in our townhome with a flat screen TV, comfortable patio, and full kitchen. Staying at our townhome at Rim Village Vistas will make for an enjoyable Moab getaway. Our town home has a two car garage and your own private WiFi connection.
Primarily we are looking to rent to guests looking to enjoy Moab as much as our family does, and who will treat our place as if it was their own. Please respect our wish for a NO Smoking NO Pet unit. The maximum number of guests in our unit is 6. (Click on the calendar below to see if the dates you are coming are available)
Community Pool is open mid April-mid-Oct. and the hot tub is open mostly year round (Closed Jan/early Feb and open weekends only from Thanksgiving to New Years Day).
Please note rates are ballpark and do not take into account popular 3 day weekends and popular events weekends that happen in Moab throughout the year. Again, please e-mail for accurate rates as well as let me know if your dates are flexible. We look forward to hearing from you.

Again, our rates vary depending on length, weekday vs weekend, demand for the timeframe, backing up to another reservation, filling a gap between 2 reservations, last second booking...Below does not take into account Special Event times in Moab or holiday.

Peak Spring Season (Mid March-Late June & Late Aug-mid Oct): $189-$249/nt

Our townhome is located 5 miles south at the Rim Village Vistas complex. Rim Vistas is one of the newer complexes in Moab that has a tennis court, basketball hoop, pool & hot tub to enjoy while you are there. The amenities are all of ~100 yards away. 2-car garage for parking with additional parking spaces near the pool.

We stayed here for 5 days. There was 3 of us. Very nice townhome. Very clean except for the carpet. It's to bad renters don't respect the owners instructions to remove shoes before entering.
Our son loves taking photos of the night sky. He photographed the Milky Way while we were there. It is far enough from the town lights you can see a bazillion stars. Very quiet! There was no propane so I emailed Matt. He had someone bring some to us!
Price was right. I would stay here again.

We stayed here in april, 2014 for a long weekend. It was the week of the Jeep jamboree (we were not there for that reason) and most of the units were occupied. I say this so if your're concerned about noise, there was none from other units. It's far enough off of 191 that there was also no road noise, yet it's a very short drive to that road and only minutes from Moab.
The unit was well furnished and clean. The garage has plenty of room for 2 large cars.
The one thing that makes this unit a little different from a lot of other units in this community was it's location It's an end unit at the end of a cul de sac, so it open space from the unit to Rt 191. A lot of units are middle units, so you have people on both sides of you and limited views. If fact this unit unit had views that were better than the majority of units in the complex. If we were to go back, I would want to stay here again.

The pictures do not do it justice - the place is much better than the pictures present it. Everything is new and clean - a place is a pleasure to be in. This location is just a couple of minutes south of Moab and is a much better place to stay in comparison to a hotel - well worth the extra money. It is our third visit to Moab and second time using a condo at the same complex. And we will try to stay at the same or a similar place again during our next visit.

Outstanding -- from the initial email exchange with the owner, Matt, to the location, to the townhouse itself. We arrived in the dead of night and Matt's instructions were super. The next morning we were pleasantly surprised with the views. The unit is 5 miles outside of town, but it's a quick drive, and frankly, nice to be out in the open. Everything worked as advertised. Also nice to have a washer and dryer, plus the very nice grill was a bonus (we used it twice). The larger garage is also great. A special "treat", check out instructions are located in the garage...minimizes left items. We will definitely stay here again on the next trip.

Great place to stay...close to town, clean, roomy and a good value. Stayed with my older sons and some friends to mountain bike, so the big garage and hot-tub where a nice bonus...We will definitely be back.
