Description

Gorgeous 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom private home, sleeps up to 10. Has amazing views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim. Only 10minutes from the heart of downtown, but still far enough to allow you to enjoy the large outdoor patio with hot tub, fire pit, horseshoe pits and wet bar. Located on over an acre, there is ample parking for your jeeps, trailers, etc. Large parties are welcome here, and there is plenty of space to accommodate them. Moving inside you'll find over 3000 sqft. of space to stretch out in, spread over 2 floors. The master bedroom on the lower level feature both a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower, as well as a King size bed. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs which features dramatic views through the large picture window in the seating area at the top of the stairs. Upstairs bedding includes: 2nd Bedroom: Queen, 3rd Bedroom: Double, Double/Twin Bunk Beds, 4th Bedroom: Queen Bed. And there are 2 additional twin size pull-out beds in the formal living room off the entry. Enjoy making your own meals in the well-furnished kitchen, or use the BBQ in the back. And relax in the great room while watching a movie in front of a crackling fire. The Dish Network package here provides access to most all channels, including HBO and Showtime. So whether you want to relax indoors after a long fun filled day, or continue the activities in the back yard, Moab Desert Home is the perfect place to spend your Moab vacation.

Due to the size of the home and the cleaning requirements, this property has a 5:00 PM check-in time and a 10:00 AM checkout time.

Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet-friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $15 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet-friendly unit. All vacation rental stays are subject to Moab Utah Lodging and Property Management’s Reservation Fee. Our Reservation Fee includes free Wi-Fi internet, pool and hot tub access (only select units feature pools and/or hot tubs), and standard cleaning fees.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
