Location is great and despite being between 2 bars it was a nice quiet place. One of the bars was closed for renovation. Parking is ample. If you come during the summer get the AC going right away to cool off the upstairs. I will definitely look to stay here next time when I return to Moab.

Beautiful place, good location. Easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants, Main Street. Between two bars/restaurants but one was closed and the other was extremely quiet, not an issue at all. Well maintained property. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Old Town Bungalow for three nights. We loved the house - very charming. The location is great. We walked to the main street for shopping and eating. It's right by a park and the aquactic center as well.

We were very happy with the property. It is well-located, charmingly furnished and has a great kitchen. It was easy to check in, and the agents were very agreeable to deal with. We liked being in the middle of town, in easy walking distance to most things. We would definitely rent it again.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Old Town Bungalow very much. It gave you the feeling you lived in town with everyone and everything being so close by it made it very convenient especially if you had to go back because you realized at breakfast you forgot something! Lol! The place was clean and very private for being in the center of it all. The back yard was perfect especially with the picnic table being under that shelter. We was only dissapointed that the garage wasn't accessable as we could have put our bikes in there instead of having to leave them in the rental but, we realized it didn't matter much after all. When we had a problem figuring out the front room TV there was someone sent to us right away to help out. Thanks for the great service and attention. We even extended the stay another couple days because we enjoyed it so much! ;p)

This little bungalow goes way beyond a Moab crash Pad. The interior is professionally decorated, as is the landscaping in the front yard. The dark woodworking arts & Craft styling and semi-deep colors will make the males feel comfortable - no Victorian fluff and flowers here! Bed is also comfortable. Kitchen has been recently remodeled and has everything you'll need. Didn't use the grill or the big back yard. Didn't hear the bar at all next door, and the restaurant on the other side was quiet as well. If you plan to utilize all 4 big beds, have a bathroom schedule pecking order determined well in advance, the single tiny bathroom fits only one at a time.
"comfortable and visually delightful... great location"

Everything we could have possibly needed... immaculately clean with comfortable and tasteful furniture. Located within walking distance of great food and shopping. There is a fenced in private backyard space with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a lovely expansive lawn. Plenty of parking and the front porch was a great place to relax. The bed was super comfortable!

We absolutely loved this place. So much private space for almost the price of a hotel. The yard was comfortable and shady. The house was cute and clean. We couldn't have asked for much more (except a second bathroom). Being so close to Main Street was great for walking to restaurants.

Couldn't have asked for a better location. I only wish it had a washer and dryer but there was a nice clean laundromat only a block and a half away. Otherwise the house was furnished thoughtfully and comfortably with everything we could have needed and more. Sitting on the porch swing in the breezy evening air was so relaxing after a day of hiking. The garden was beautiful. We had such a great stay...wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Moab.

The communication with the rental service was timely and accurate.
The home was perfect: great location just off Main Street (between two bars but it was quiet when we were there). The house had everything we needed.
The only thing that went wrong was the Internet; I had to reset the service provider cable modem twice - the rental service should look into replacing that as less technical people might just put up with a lack of connectivity.
