Top quality apartment for 4 people in incomparable location facing the Mediterranean in Mojacar Playa.
This beautifully furnished top floor apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped separate kitchen and lounge-diner with patio doors leading out to a terrace with sea views.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period, we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.

Master bedroom with king-size double bed, built in wardrobe, air conditioning and en suite bathroom. Window facing the front terrace.

Fully equipped separate kitchen with diving arch into dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker & oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and all other kitchenware and crockery.
Spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated living room with dining area and patio doors leading out to front terrace with sea views.

Indabella I is a small community of no more than 25 apartment that share a swimming pool area. Access to apartment is from Calle Embrujo, entrance gate will lead inside the community gardens and a few yards to the left you will find a staircase leading up to front door. There is a small entrance terrace to enjoy afternoon sun.

This urbanisation is in Paseo del Mediterraneo opposite the seafront promenade at the south end of Mojacar Playa at the start of the well known beach of Ventanicas.
Ideally located - no car needed - plenty of amenities within walking distance and at the start of Ventanicas Beach, a long stretch of fine sand beach interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds' for hire.
Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities within easy walking distance.
2.5 km waterfront promenade where you will find a good selection of bars & restaurants.

“Beautiful Spanish Apartment - Indabella Kyl”
We cannot praise this beautiful apartment in Mojacar enough, it was immaculately clean and furnished to a high standard. The location is great for the beach, restaurants and bars, but it’s set back from the road in a quiet and peaceful garden setting. We had excellent service and care from Mojacar Estates from the moment we booked to the moment we left, thank you Karin and Ana - we definitely recommend booking with them! Indabella Kyl is beautiful place to stay - 5 stars all round.
