Villa Borja is one of the largest villa rentals in Mojacar, located in a privileged position, just 300m from the beach and a short stroll to the beach bars and restaurants of Mojacar Playa. Recently upgraded with holiday rentals in mind, the property boasts 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and 3 separate living areas. A new addition is an extensive covered porch, with a large marble dining table and a separate seating area. There is a 14m private pool with sunbeds for all and an extensive roof terrace with spectacular views of the sea. This property is a rare find, as it could comfortably be shared by up to 3 families each with their own private space & kitchen facilities. There is wifi in the property which covers both internal and external areas.

“Family Trip”
Eleven of us stayed at Villa Borja, the layout of the Villa was ideal for a large group, plenty of space and facilities. The outside area was again spacious and the pool excellent. A short walk down the beach and a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The area around the Villa was very quiet and makes for a pleasant stay. We would definitely go again if we were planning a large family holiday.

“A perfect family villa in Mojacar Playa”
The location was excellent - a 6/7 minute to the sea front, with shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a beautiful beach. With the two separate flats that are perfect for parents and small children, the accommodation was perfect. The pool is big enough for proper swimming as well as playing in the water and the surrounds are great, with a huge table and lots of shade. The villa was very clean when we arrived and the operation to meet us and show us round was very slick. There was really nothing to criticise.
