Wonderful nature, silence, peace, magnificent climate conditions with extra clean air and exceptionally clean sea will make your stay perfect and your holiday unforgettable. Molunat, near Dubrovnik, pearl of Adriatic, in Dalmatia region of Croatia is located in most southern part of Croatia. It is a small fisherman village located in the one of the most beautiful bays at the south Adriatic. Enjoying its own microclimate, the bay offers wonderful turquoise waters, pleasant weather conditions through the whole season. The distance to a beautiful beach only comes to 200 metres and is located in a magnificent surrounding. For families with children in need of a rest, this place is particularly suitable.
Holiday House LeNi is new built house finished in July 2013. It has modern high standard furnish, offering high comfort and peaceful surroundings. Owners live in ground flour, and you will have on your own disposal the whole first and second floor, completely separated from the owner's part of house, with separate entrance and separate garden with fireplace.
Holiday House LeNi offers completely equipped modern kitchen with dining area, big covered terrace with wonderful sea view, one double bed bedroom, one bedroom with 2 standard size beds, big specious living room with sofa which can be stretched in double bed. There are two bathrooms and storage room. Free wi-fi is available in the whole house and garden. In the garden you can use covered outside terrace with fireplace and part for sunbathing. Owners grow their own seasonal vegetables which are on your disposal also.
Molunat has wonderful underwater world and it is unavoidable diving spot with lots of underwater cliffs, rocks, caves and very popular wrecks in vicinity. Fish picnic to the nearby islet can be organized also.
If you are interested you can be provided with car transport from/to airport with surcharge. Airport is 20 km from Molunat and 25 km from Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik can be reached in 40 minutes by car (45 km distance). Cavtat, also great place to visit, can be reached by car in 15 minutes. From Molunat there are three daily bus lines to Dubrovnik, and five bus lines in direction of Cavtat.
