We will organize everything for you to enjoy your event without any worries.
We run an unusual place where you can undoubtedly have the most beautiful Italian country weddings, family holidays, seminars, and company retreats. Our home is in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by an olive grove, vineyard, and gardens, and we would love for you, your friends and your family to be our guests.
The Villa is rented exclusively to one group at a time to give an intimate and private experience, where all food, drinks, accommodation are included in the price per night.
All-inclusive and much more:
Our amazing Italian, German, and Vietnamese chefs could prepare for you the most delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. Some menu ideas include ricotta-spinach balls in sage butter, Tuscan seafood soup and enormously big Florentine steaks or wild boar ragout from our hunting grounds. We design an everyday changing menu, especially for you and your friends.
We have a well-stocked wine cellar where you can help yourself; we recommend red wine from our vineyard, Veneto Prosecco, white wine from a local organic vineyard, and an unlimited open bar with Italian liquors, Scottish whiskey, Russian vodka and much more. The tables are decorated with flowers, fruits from our garden and candles in jars, creating a cosy atmosphere.
On our outside dance floor, you can dance the night away with 120 of your friends. Once you’ve arrived, the 23 bedrooms with 17 bathrooms for up to 40 guests, an enormously big kitchen and a winter garden, a chapel for private ceremonies, a library, a gym, and a painting room are all yours.
An 18 m heated saltwater swimming pool, a petting zoo with miniature cows & sheep, rabbits, Icelandic horses, cats, turtles, and chickens laying blue eggs. And all of this on 40 hectares of garden and forest that are exclusively available to you and your friends.
Think of this as visiting your best Italian friend’s home.
For weddings and special occasions, we are happy to arrange photographers, videographers, additional flower arrangements and hairdressers. Classical guitar players, a tenor of Italian folk songs and classical opera, a jazz band for the cocktails and the Italian village life dance band for will make your Italian country party unforgettable.
We can arrange day trips to wine & olive oil tastings, the Uffizi in Florence, the tower of Pisa, and the best ice cream in the world in San Gimignano.
Our taxi and bus service can bring you everywhere you want and pick you up from Pisa or Florence airport.

“Forget all sense of time”
Our group stayed here for 5 days and it was like we stepped out of time. We totally forgot the 'outside world'. Mandel, Yuli, and Niko and the entire staff make our stay fantastic.
