Gianpaolo farm surrounded by olive trees, for a relaxing holiday at the peak of a hill hidden and protected by the foliage of trees. The villa, free on three sides, is higher than three floors and is composed of well-equipped with kitchen appliances (dishwasher, oven and microwave, grill, refrigerator with ice production and granite, espresso machine in capsules) and tools; double bedroom (or twin beds) and an extra single bed and bathroom with tiled shower; dining room, lounge with satellite TV; Another shower room and outdoor patio on the ground floor; room with studio-library; small laundry room and utility room with washer and dryer; living room with fireplace and satellite TV and a toilet on the first floor; double bedroom, large bathroom with whirlpool bath; dressing-study; master bedroom with fireplace and toilet, on the second floor. Crib available on request. The flower garden, fragrant citrus, comes with barbecue with a wood oven for pizza and bread, veranda for outdoor dining or staying idle to admire the view, garden furniture, heated Jacuzzi, usable throughout the 'year and a private pool. The four-legged friends are welcome at no extra charge. Special: - Tuscan cooking lesson with tasting (chef); - Day Farm (girlfriend structure) to participate in workshops, for adults and children, baking, shearing and processing wool, processing cheeses and cheese making, processing grapes and producing wine, preparing jams and carving wood and building cribs (in the month of December); for a genuine lunch and to buy products at km 0, such as cheese, meat, sausages, eggs, fruit and jams, vegetables, wine and vinegar and honey. “Beautiful Tuscany”
We have just returned from our stay and had such a fantastic time. We travelled as a family of five with the grand parents. Our three children aged 2,3 and 8 absolutely loved the garden, swimming pool and hot tub. The garden was super with a stunning backdrop and beautiful views. The house itself had everything we needed and lots of space for the 7 of us to spread out. The grandparents had the ground floor bedroom and we occupied the two bedrooms on the top floor. The house was ideally located for day trips to Pisa and Florence. We have made some fantastic memories and would love to return. Sabrina couldn't have been more helpful and I would fully recommend this house to any large party wanting a holiday in Tuscany.
