Villa Meraviglia: villa con stupenda vista sul mare a Porto ErcoleLa villa è situata a Porto Ercole, sull'Argentario, un posto molto caratteristico: un'isola collegata alla terraferma da tre lembi di terra. Gode di un panorama assolutamente mozzafiato: l'azzurro del cielo si riflette nel blu del mare ed evidenzia il verde della macchia mediterranea.Il luogo, antico porto di pescatori, è oggi una meta ambita per le imbarcazioni da diporto, assieme all'adiacente porto turistico di Cala Galera. La baia, su cui si affaccia il paese, è dominata da due forti spagnoli del XVI secolo e dal paese antico, arroccato su un promontorio.La villa è situata a meno di un chilometro dal paese di Porto Ercole ed è circondata da un parco di 5000 metri quadrati. Sorge sulla spiaggia delle Viste, raggiungibile percorrendo due scale in pietra che scendono ai lati opposti della proprietà.Dalla villa la vista abbraccia la spiaggia di Feniglia, il promontorio di Ansedonia, l'isolotto, la punta Avoltore e il forte La Rocca.Descrizione della villaLa villa è stata costruita su due livelli, per assecondare la pendenza naturale del terreno.È raggiungibile da un viale d'accesso, fiancheggiato da cipressi che conduce al parcheggio.Ampie terrazze circondano la dimora, creando spazi per soggiornare all'aperto. Numerosi spazi per il relax si trovano anche nel parco, dove pini, rosmarini, oleandri ed agavi caratterizzano il paesaggio. La villa è disposta su due piani e può ospitare fino a 12 persone.

Il cuore della villa è l’ampio soggiorno, con caminetto ed un piccolo patio di piante verdi. È arredato con numerosi e confortevoli divani ed un grande tavolo da pranzo per dodici persone.

All’esterno la terrazza ombreggiata può ospitare pranzi all’aperto per altrettante persone.

Vicino alla zona pranzo è ubicata la cucina attrezzata.

Dal soggiorno due piccole rampe di scale conducono a tre camere da letto doppie, ognuna con bagno privato con doccia. Ogni camera è dotata di ventilatore a soffitto.

Dal soggiorno una scala conduce al piano sottostante che comprende:

- una camera doppia con cabina armadio;

- una camera con un letto alla francese (cm 140x190);

- una camera tripla;

- tre bagni (uno con doccia, uno con doccia e vasca e un bagno di servizio).

Il prezzo di affitto include:

proprietà consegnata completamente pulita e corredata di biancheria e asciugamani; pulizia finale; utenze (elettricità - acqua - gas per uso cucina); Wi-Fi; cambio della biancheria da letto e da bagno ogni 5 giorni (tranne nei soggiorni di una settimana); pulizia giardino.
