REALLY lovely apartment with SEA VIEW! Available for Various Corporate business events throughout the year including the Poker Championships, Rolex Masters, GRAND PRIX, Yacht Show etc.
This apartment is light and airy and contemporarily decorated.
It is 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE CENTRE OF MONTE CARLO, MONACO i.e. the Cafe de Paris, Casino Gardens, GRAND PRIX race track, Hotel de Paris, Hermitage, Gucci, Prada etc. etc. and has WIFI and a SEA VIEW! It has two double bedrooms and comfortably accommodates four people. I live nearby in Monaco and will do my best to make your stay pleasurable and have good memories! Check out my reviews from other guests who have stayed for the Grand Prix, Monte Carlo Yacht Show and other events.
Read on to see what’s on in Monaco during your visit and details of my beautiful apartment, really centrally located It has a view of Monaco and the sea from the living room where there is a good view of Monte Carlo Sporting Club fireworks throughout the summer months. Recently redecorated in June 2021 the apartment has neutral decor (all white walls, matt chocolate ceramic tiled floor) 24 Hour hot water and air-conditioning for summer, heating for the winter. 2 double bedrooms with double beds. Open Plan kitchen/living area with sea and rooftop view.

Other than the Grand Prix, Grand Prix Historique and the famous Yacht show,
Monaco has music concerts/ballet/opera and philharmonic orchestra performances throughout the year if you enjoy live entertainment.
There are many restaurants, night clubs, bars and Casinos
There are also several museums and buildings of architectural interest.
Italy and France are minutes away
An up to date list of events in the area during your stay and various leaflets from the tourist board will be left out for you on your arrival.

“Elegant, convenient, sea view, decorated, spotless apartment in Monte Carlo”
Sea View, walk to Casino, Convenient, spotless, decorated, elegant, what more could you ask for in the heart of Monte Carlo. Simone, the owner was fabulous in providing me with making my stay a first rate experience in MC. I had a business trip scheduled in June at the last minute and I refused to pay the outrageous prices the hotels were charging for a busy weekend! Went online and found Simone’s apartment! I am so glad I did. Liked it so much will book again in September. If apartment lets are you thing, this one is one of the best!

“Stunning designer apartment”
We stayed here in May and was met with an immaculate & fully equipped self contained apartment. It's in a stunning location, just literally a few minutes stroll to the Casino. It's location is perfect & interiors are high spec , tranquil & soothing. I'm booking it again for my Sept visit.
