La Guardata offers nice and comfortable accomodations in "only two" not comunicating apartments. The perfect place for a quiet and relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of crowded places. Outside, for each apartment, there is a private area with barbecue, where to eat while enjoying the unforgettable view. In the summer the owners personally take care of the garden, where guests can freely pick vegetables.
Small farm animals will stimulate the curiosity of children.

“Wonderfull time in beautifull environment”
We had a wonderfull time and were very kindly received by the owners. the view is spectacular the appartment spacious. Enough to do around lake Bolsena and further afield. After activities it was very nice to relax at the pool. I learned to bake a good pizza which we had at home last weekend to bring back the flavour of Montefiascone.

“Amazing! Never had such a beautiful holiday.”
We have been 2 weeks at this location. I cannot remember any negative item during those weeks. Good weather, good location, clean inside and outside the house. Nice swimmingpool and garden furniture. And most important good contact with owner and rest of family!!!

“Special place for a memorable holiday”
My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at La Guardata, made even more special by the warmth and helpfulness of the owners, Roberto & Vittoria, and their son Milco. They kindly provided us with fruit and vegetables from the garden, and Vittoria also generously brought us some lovely desserts. The apartment is nice and spacious, and for those who enjoy cooking and dining at home, the kitchen is well designed and the large dining table is great to have. For shopping, there were lots of choices both nearby and farther afield, with excellent choices of food and wine at very reasonable prices. The garden at La Guardata is carefully tended and so always looks beautiful, and the swimming pool is kept immaculately clean. Any time we needed help or information, one of the family was always there for us. Besides their lovely house, we really enjoyed all the different and special restaurants that Montefiascone has to offer, and found the local people to be so friendly. Also, the countryside in this area is truly lovely and an absolute pleasure to drive around in. This is a special place and we will remember it with fond memories. Thank you, Roberto, Vittoria, and Milco
