Flower Hill - This breathtaking and luxurious 18,000 sq. ft. villa completed in the summer of 2012 is located in the Montego Bay, Spring Farm villas overlooking the Half Moon Resort golf course and the Caribbean Sea. The 6-bedroom 14-bathroom villas was constructed using the finest materials and with immaculate attention to the details. This villa truly has it all; from the finest of materials, to every amenity one could want. Spectacular bedrooms suites, state-of-the-art electronics, fully-equipped gym, a media and games room and an elevator to make your travel between floors a snap.
Bedroom Configuration:
Flower Hill has 6 uniquely furnished air conditioned bedroom suites.
Main Floor
-The Fleur de Lys Suite and James Room -
has a king bed, separate sitting room (The James Room), bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower and a soaker tub. For additional sleeping accommodations, the James Room has a king-size sofa bed and its own bathroom with walk-in shower. The suite also has a private patio with garden views.
-Rainforest Bedroom has a king bed en-suite bathroom, and outdoor patio.
Upper Floor
-Flame of the Forest Suite and Peacock Sitting Room - has a king bed, adjoining sitting room, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower and soaker tub. The Peacock Sitting Room can be converted into additional sleeping accommodations using the king-size sofa bed.
-Birds of Paradise Suite - has a king bed, separate sitting room and en-suite bathroom with double vanities, separate walk-in shower and sunken tub.
-Reflections Suite - has a king bed and en-suite bathroom.
Lower Floor
-The Blue Nile Suite the fully contained apartment . This lower level suite next to the spa, gym and media room has a king bed, sitting room with king-size sofa bed, two bathrooms with showers, kitchenette, outdoor shower and patio.
Staff
Flower Hill comes with a staff of 10; including 2 butlers, chef, 3 housekeepers, laundress, 3 gardeners and a business manager. The staff resides in a separate staff house on the property. At least one male and one female staff member are on-site 24 hours a day.
Additional amenities include: computer available, guest cell phone, laundry, high chair, crib, cd, hair dryers, butler, wedding/events.
