Casa Lucia: lovely house for 6 in medieval village
Casa Lucia is a cozy historic house with separate entrance and courtyard, located in the Vicolo IV of the medieval village of Montemaggiore Metauro. The “Borgo”, perched on the top of a hill surrounded by castle walls, retains the charm of the past and offers a spectacular views, ranging over the Apennines on the valley of the river Metauro to the sea. Casa Lucia can comfortably accommodate 2 to 6 people and is developed on two floors:
• on the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchenette with fridge, 4 gas burners and an electric oven, a double bedroom with bathroom.
• on the first floor there are two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom.
All rooms are furnished in typical style decor of the 1800s and equipped with heating, TV, crockery, linen and hairdryer.

On the coast , that can be reached in about 20 min by car, the smell of salt air and the many shades of blue sea, inland faceted colors of lush flora: the surrounding area has a green heart that deserves to be discovered from Frasassi Caves to nature parks, from geological sites of the Furlo Gorge to the wolves of the Apennines.
There are not many areas in Italy that can boast a rich cultural and artistic comparable to that of the Province of Pesaro: a stone's throw from Fano, a city that retains an enviable artistic and architectural heritage, there are countries, ancient villages, castles that have the their story to tell, a story that is consumed leaving indelible traces of oestrus and creativity of the people who lived here.
Every country deserves to be visited, and often it is the small towns, those still tied to a rural life, to preserve the most precious treasures. Do not miss to visit: Fano, Pesaro, Fermo, Urbania, Pergola, Mondolfo, Mondavio and the famous city of Urbino.
Sea lovers can reach in about twenty minutes by car the Fano beach: the eastern side is quiet and peaceful, the western side is lively, with numerous cafes and restaurants . Pretty and well-preserved is the old town. The sea, omnipresent in every aspect and in every place ,connect the city.
