Due monolocali indipendenti in casa rurale, con 4 posti letto ognuno (due in soppalco), cucina indipendente, bagno con doccia, ampio parco alberato, pergolato, griglia, posto auto privato, protetto da cancello elettrico.
In aperta campagna con vista mare.
Nei dintorni sono presenti numerosi ristoranti, pizzerie, osterie ed enoteche dove poter degustare i piatti tipici della zona e il vino DOC Montescudaio Città del Vino.
Montescudaio è un piccolo 'borgo' che si trova in posizione estremamente strategica per le Vostre escursioni turistiche:

Response from the owner Ciao Barbara. Come ti ho spiegato a voce quella mattina abbiamo avuto un problema con il personale delle pulizie. Mi sono scusato con te a voce e confermo le mie scuse anche qui. Può capitare, in anni di gestione della struttura, che capiti una giornata storta. Il lavandino della cucina mi pare che sia stato sistemato rapidamente proprio durante il vostro soggiorno, a riprova che ci adoperiamo sempre per risolvere i problemi. Per quanto riguarda la TV devi sapere che riceviamo ospiti da tutto il mondo e offriamo una programmazione satellitare che accontenti un po' tutti, quindi canali nazionali e internazionali. Offrissimo solo canali italiani ci troveremmo a non accontentare gli ospiti stranieri. Con questo ti saluto e ti ringrazio ancora di essere stata nostra ospite. S.
