This homely detached cottage is near to the seaside town of Morfa Nefyn in North Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Fernlea is a homely detached cottage near to the town of Morfa Nefyn in North Wales. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms which are a king-size double, a twin and a single with pull-out stacker bed as well as a family bathroom. There is also a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen with dining area, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and conservatory. To the outside is off road parking for three cars and a front gravelled garden with a patio and furniture. Located in stunning location, Fernlea makes an ideal place to enjoy a wonderful holiday at any time of the year. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £25/pet.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen inc in rent. Travel cot and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Garage for boards, kayaks and bikes. Front gravelled garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub, restaurant and beach 5 mins walk. Golf course 10 mins walk. Note: Although gardens are enclosed they may not be fully secure or dog proof. Note: There is one external step up to the patio area. Note: The owners keep their kayaks in the garage; guests are politely reminded that this is not for their use.

Town: The pretty coastal village of Morfa Nefyn sits atop sweeping cliffs on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, and features a fine two-mile stretch of sandy beach, popular with families. Morfa Nefyn, has a Post Office, a village shop with a cafe, and a pub/restaurant. The nearby town of Nefyn also offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and both are within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch.
