“A true escape” My partner & I spent a week in the annex recently. The location is wonderful in a peaceful, tranquil and rural setting very close to the beach and the beach bar and with great views of Knocknarea, which is a worthwhile climb or for a longer walk do the 15km walk which takes in the climb starting & finishing in Strandhill. The area is an ideal base for walking. We walked the Sligo Way over 3 days, starting in Lough Talt & finishing 73kms later in Dromahair. Beautiful & varying scenery all along the way. If 3 days is not for you any section of this way is breathtaking. Closer to home is the aughris Head/Dunmoran Strand Walk, a gorgeous cliff walk. The annex itself is comfortable and we enjoyed the added peace as there was noone staying in the attaching beach house while we were there until the last 2 nights, waking up each morning to just the sound of cows & sheep, a real escape.

“Magical Dingle Stay” My group and I were so well looked after at Garvey's cottage. Joan is a wealth of information, a wonderful cook,and a very generous soul. The cottage has wonderful ocean views with a short walk to the cliffs, and is perfectly located for other scenic tours/pilgrimages in and around Dingle. Dingle is truly a magical place with phenomenal sights, walks, and people. I would highly recommend anyone to come and stay here if they wish to experience something of the old and true Ireland. I miss Dingle and look forward to another visit.

“Peaceful 'get away'” Outstanding, friendly but not intrusive service. Ample equipment to cook a simple meal. Cosy,clean, comfortable home.Beautiful surroundings;quiet relaxing yet easy to get to anglesey(we enjoyed a 'rib' ride up the Menai straits)and other attractive parts of N.Wales not usually visited. The cottage was a joy to return to each evening.

“Excellent stay at Smithy Cottage” We really enjoyed our stay at Smithy Cottage. The location for our requirements was excellent, as some of the party wanted to climb mountains and some wanted to stay local. All the facilities at the cottage were excellent. We had a meal at the pub down the road which again was excellent, and would certainly recommend this.

“Didnt stay in this building ...” Gor the dairy instead so people who had booked didnt have to move out & back in. Very lovely people & dog, Molly on working farm in very quiet area. Barn owl flew over car on approach to house. So cosy & had everything we needed for weekend break. One place I would go back to & not just for homemade cake on arrival. Did find farm hard to find due to lack of lighting on road through but no real problem

“Beautifully presented and equipped property.” Certainly the best self-catering property we have ever had.No downsides to it, everything about this is a1. The master bedroom in particular is stunning, but on the whole the attention to detail in every aspect from cutlery to furnishings is fantastic. Also worthy of mention is the very friendly approach of the owner who is a pleasure to deal with. Cold weather at New Year limited our useage of the outdoor facilities, but the view from the garden is fantastic. Crail itself is a lovely location.

Moscow is the center of Russia's politics, history, architecture, and business.   • The Moscow Metro: This mode of transportation is an excellent way for visitors to navigate the city. It also features beautiful stations that are well worth a view.
  • St. Basil's Cathedral: Constructed in the 1550s by Ivan the Terrible, this spectacular cathedral borders the Red Square. It includes nine distinct chapels, each of which is topped with its own individually shaped and colored dome.
  • Tretyakov Gallery: This renowned museum showcases artworks by Russia's greatest masters, spanning the 11th to 20th centuries.
  • The Armoury: Though its name is the Armoury, this attraction is actually a museum that features several national treasures. The Chamber protects many ancient state regalia, ceremonial weapons, and more.
