Off this is the laundry room with washing machine. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed. Both double bedrooms open onto the terrace. Bathroom with corner bath and basin and separate wc. Upstairs is a double bedroom with a safe and doors to a sunny terrace. Bathroom with basin and separate wc. Bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair available.A lovely, comfortable house. Light and airy Position: The centre of Mouries village is exactly a kilometre away by car but much closer on foot. Here there are bars, restaurants, basic supermarkets, bakery and tennis courts. There is a golf course with a good restaurant on the outskirts of the village. Mouries is at the foot of the Alpilles a famous range of hills where you can visit Les Baux and St Rémy de Provence. Avignon, Arles and Aix en Provence are within easy reach as are the Camargue, famous for its wild horses, bulls and flamingos and the hilltop villages of the Luberon. In a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village the villa is in enclosed gardens with electric gates and security cameras, set back from the access lane. There is plenty of parking and a garage. At the front of the house is an area of lawn with bushes and shrubs and a sunny terrace with garden furniture and an electric awning for shade, overlooking the swimming pool (7.50x4m 01/04-30/10). There is plenty of garden furniture, barbecue and darts.
