Attractive, comfortable accommodation in a great location for Keswick and the northern Lakes. The grounds were very well laid out, giving us an amazing view of the whole valley, and we could walk from the front door.

Excellent service, settled in quickly, lots of places to store things, well equipped kitchen.
Home was attractive but sturdy, beds very comfy, peaceful
Ideally situated for our plans, visit keswick, climbing hills round Blencathra, but off the beaten track-lovely!
Bedrooms really nice, and when my legs ached so much, a loo downstairs would have been great!
Boiler/drying room excellent.
Only gripes: dishwasher kept switching itself off early and a grab rail on the bath is needed, thankfully i didint overdo the walking too much!
