This first floor apartment is minutes walking distance from two shared pool. You will enjoy a relaxing view from the terrace and in the high season enjoy the long hours of sun and still keep cool during night time with full AC.

Wifi fitted along with sat. TV.

Supermarket and restaurants within the resort.

18 hole Golf course, Tennis courts and a place where you can relax.

20-30 minutes either direction by car you will find lively Murcia and Beach.

“Fantastic”

Lovely apartment well furnished with really comfy beds and bedding, towels are provided aswell. The apartment has air conditioning throughout, sat TV and DVD player .its a 1 min walk to the pools which are spotless one of the pools is really shallow so if you have young children like I do its ideal.The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the shop and two restaurants that are on the resort,Helen and mau the owners are really responsive to all questions I cant recommend thrm or the apartment enough we will definitely be back next year

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If HELEN/MAU (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
