South facing villa, overlooking the large private pool at the rear, with various terraces. Maintained garden with established plants & shrubs & ample solar lighting for the perfect summer eve. Beautifully furnished villa, complete with air-conditioning & heating for those in search of winter sun! Located close to the mountains of Camposol, less than a 5 minute drive from the shops, bars & restaurants, this villa offers complete tranquillity!

Stunning villa. From the entrance, this leads into the bright & airy lounge with cream leather settees, Tv with free to air English channels, dvd & cd players. Large ceiling fan & air con to keep cool & flyscreens on all windows meaning windows can be left open without the worry of insects flying in. To the rear of the lounge is the dining area with extending pine table & chairs & matching pine dresser. Through an archway takes you to the extremely well fitted pine kitchen complete with dishwasher, water cooler & expresso maker as well as all the usual appliances. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, a double bedroom with air conditioning and full en-suite complete with bath & further family bathroom with shower cubicle. The second bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobe. A staircase to the first floor is in the lounge. Here you will find the third bedroom with twin beds & again has full en-suite and air conditioning . All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes & and 2 bedrooms have air-con. From the 3rd bedroom, there are patio doors leading to the roof top solarium overlooking the neighbouring mountains.

Very well laid out & maintained plot. Twin driveway gates accommodating up to 4 cars with ease. Established plants & shrubs. Exiting the villa from the lounge door, there is a covered terrace with glass table & matching chairs & bbq. Various loungers & parasols surround the 10x5 private pool, & on the raised garden area to the rear is a further table & chairs. There are many lights illuminating the pretty garden, making it the ideal place to relax with a glass of local wine in the heat of the summer evenings.
This part of Camposol is very quiet & tranquil with lovely views.

Getting around

Whilst a car is recommended for the short drive to the supermarket, and see some of the local sights, such as the nature reserve of the Sierra Espuna, or the historic city of Cartagena, there is a local bus route from Camposol, so a car is not a strict requirement. There is a local travel agent with trips operating by coach. There is also a local taxi company.

For arrival during normal daytime hours, you will be greeted personally and shown into the villa. For very early/late arrivals, you will be advised where to find the keys. As an agent, I will be available throughout the duration of your stay should you encounter any problems.

Response from the manager This person is tells lies. Do not rent to this person. I was in contact every day. They lied about how many guests were present. They received a refund even though it was not justified and Tripadvisor charged a large booking fee to them which none of which was refunded. They reported not using the pool but on every occasion I visited the house there were pool toys in the pool. Everything was done to get rid of wasps but there is only so much you can do with nature!!!

“Peaceful location bit villa is looking tired.”

This villa is in a lovely location and has a fantastic pool, air con , ceiling fans and is well equipment inside. Outside is quite untidy and lacks sun beds and parasols. When we were their we had building materials left around the villa . Tracey was helpful and responded quickly if we had a problem. There are lots of flies in this area so really difficult to eat outside . I think it could do with a little Tlc

Greeted by Tracey at villa (thank you!). Well equipped, clean and modern. In nice quiet area, helpful neighbours and although there was problem with hot water it was fixed immediately.
