Description
Ce gîte en Alsace, à MUTZIG est aménagé dans une maison indépendante au bas d'un verger. Il est équipé pour des vacances confortables pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants.
Entre Strasbourg (à 25 minutes) et Colmar ( à 40 minutes), à coté de la route des vins d'Alsace et au pied des Vosges, il offre un point de départ idéal pour visiter les villes et villages d’Alsace ou randonner dans le massif vosgien.
Bienvenue au "Gîte en Alsace" pour vos prochaines vacances en toute saison.
Équipement intérieur :
Gîte récent et bien équipé pour des vacances confortables :
- climatisation a l'étage (chambre/bureau/coin salon)
- cuisine intégrée en chêne cérusé blanc au rez de chaussée,

- four à pyrolyse, four à micro-ondes,
- plaque 4 feux à induction, hotte aspirante,
- grand réfrigérateur, grille pain, cafetière, bouilloire, vaisselle colorée,
- chauffage électrique rayonnant dans toutes les pièces,
- cheminée à bois avec insert avec distribution d'air chaud dans chaque pièce pour ceux qui préfèrent se chauffer au bois,
- deux Smart TV, lecteur DVD et BlueRay, accès internet en WIFI gratuit, station météo,
- salle de bain avec douche spacieuse, lavabo et WC
- meubles de la chambre (lits, canapé, bureau) en bois massif, matelas confortables, nombreuses couvertures.
- volets occultant sur toutes les fenêtre de la chambre, de la cuisine et de l'entrée.
Équipement extérieur :
Le gîte dispose de 2 places de parking privatives, de deux terrasses, (avec une table et de 4 fauteuils de jardin sur l'une et une table et deux chaises sur l'autre), d'un barbecue Weber. L' accès au verger derrière le gîte est permis.
Couchages:
La chambre à l'étage contient tous les couchages (1 lit double en 140x90cm , un lit en 90x190cm et un canapé transformable en lit de 80x190cm).
Localisation et exposition :
Le gîte se trouve en bordure du village de MUTZIG. Derrière le gîte, un vieux verger de 900 m2, puis débute une colline couverte de vergers, vigne, forêt, permettant des balades à pied à proximité du gîte. Les villages les plus proches sont Mutzig, Molsheim et Obernai.
Activités à proximité :
- visite des superbes villages Alsaciens (dont Obernai à 12km, Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Ribeauvillé, Hunawihr, ...);
- visite de Strasbourg et de Colmar;
- découverte de la route des vins d'Alsace au nord et au sud du gîte ;
- balades et randonnées dans le massif Vosgien;
- visite des marchés de Noël;
- ski de fond ou alpin dans les Vosges (pistes à environ 32Km);
- visite de châteaux (Haut Koenigsbourg, Wangenbourg, ...);
- visite de parc animaliers (cigognes et loutres a Hunawihr, montagne des singes, volerie des aigles);
- visite d'un grand parc d'attraction (EUROPA PARC) à 40 km environ;
- découverte de la cuisine Alsacienne dans des restaurants conseillés selon vos critères.

- restaurants à 1,5km;
- centres commerciaux à 1,5km et 4km
- boutiques, médecins, pharmacies, dentistes à Mutzig (1,5km)
- gare TER de MUTZIG à 7minutes a pied du gîte (pratique pour aller en 22minutes à Strasbourg en TER ou venir au gîte en train).
Le quartier
Quartier résidentiel calme en bordure du village de MUTZIG. Derrière le gîte se trouve notre verger de 900m² environ puis d'autres vergers dans lesquels vous pourrez vous promener. Le centre du village est à 1,5km environ. Vous y trouverez de nombreux commerces ainsi que médecins, dentistes, pharmacies. Une piscine couverte est à 2,5km du gîte. A partir du gîte vous pouvez rejoindre en 15 minutes à pied le vignoble de Dorlisheim pour une agréable balade dans les vignes.
Se déplacer:
Vous pouvez vous rendre facilement dans toute l'Alsace :
- en voiture à partir du gîte (nous sommes à 4 km d'une accès autoroutier vers Strasbourg ou vers Colmar et juste à coté de la route des vins d'Alsace)
- en TER : nous sommes à 7 minutes à pied de la gare de MUTZIG , à 22 minutes de celle de Strasbourg en TER; le réseau TER permet de rejoindre Strasbourg et Colmar mais aussi de nombreux villages alsaciens).
L'aéroport de Strasbourg/Entzheim est à 15 minutes environ de la gare de MUTZIG en TER et nous pouvons venir vous attendre à la gare de MUTZIG pour vous amener au gîte le jour de votre arrivée.
Accès à l'extérieur:
Le gîte a deux terrasses, une au sud et l'autre à l'ouest avec vue sur le verger. Le verger (900m² environ) est accessible à nos hôtes tout comme l'allée fleurie qui mène du parking privé du gîte (2 emplacements) au gîte
