Description

Unit 1015 is located on the 10th floor of the Renaissance Tower facing the sunrise side of the ocean. Each morning the views of the sun rising over the ocean are incredible.

We rent weekly, Sat – Sat from April until December and monthly from January – March.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, flat screen TV / DVD, ceiling fan and a sliding door to access the balcony.

The second bedroom has 2 Single beds with the 2nd bath located off the hall from the bedroom.

Our kitchen area has full size appliances including a DW, Stove, MW, Fridge W/ Ice Maker, Small Appliances, Dinnerware, Pots and Pans to cook meals indoors.

The breakfast bar seats 2 and the kitchen table seats an additional 4.

The living area has a Sofa Sleeper, Chaise Lounger, flat screen TV / DVD and access to the balcony via a sliding glass door.

Our Balcony has seating for 4 with Beautiful Ocean Views and Northern Coastal Night Lights.

Our rentals include towels for six guests, sheets and pillow cases for all bedding and dish rags and dishwasher soap.
