Description

This beautiful and professionally decorated home is fully furnished to make your stay enjoyable in every way. It has an outdoor enclosed shower, high ceilings with crown molding, tile and plank vinyl flooring,TV in den, TV's in 4 of the bedrooms, Wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, 2 LARGE decks with grill for relaxing and entertaining. We also have another 5br house right across from this one that has all the comforts of home as well. Both of our houses are a mere 60 second walk to the beach.

“You can do better”

The listing has the wrong kinds of beds to start and all the owner would do was argue with me, but I screen shot it. Due to this I did not have all of the right sheets. The location is great but the house is in rough shape. The appliances are really showing their age and the tile floors have breaks and cracks all over them. The outside seating was great, but the house was not particuarly clean. We rented golf carts from the owner and they too were in kind of rough shape. The house worked and we eeked out a decent vacation but you can do much better for the same price at Ocean Lakes.

Response from the owner As with all people, there will occasionally be someone that you will not please. Please consider the other 18 five star reviews and keep this in mind. The guests wanted certain thread count linens and when that wasn't provided there was no pleasing them. We take care of our house (as referenced by the other reviews) and appreciate each and every guest we have.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
