Nestled in the Firebird Townhome complex and just a 3-minute walk from the coast, this beautifully updated 2BR/2.5BA Townhome offers a delightful beach getaway.
Enjoy a sunset strolling on the beach with your pet. We allow one dog 30lbs or under. So bring the entire family and make some memories.
Downstairs:
Living Area - Comfortable Seating, cable TV, Free Wireless Internet.
Dining Room- Seating for 4 at table and 2 at breakfast bar
Kitchen - Fully equipped, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. all kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, baking needs, plates and glasses.
Laundry Room- Full size washer and dryer in a spacious laundry room
Powder Room - half restroom
Back Patio - Charcoal Grill, table and chairs.
Upstairs:
Master Bedroom #1- Queen size bed, private restroom, Flat Screen TV
Master Bedroom #2 - 2 Double size beds and private restroom

The beach, miniature golf, many restaurants and stores are all within walking distance!
For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and parking for 2 directly in front of the townhome entrance.

Pet friendly for 1 dog under 30lbs with a paid pet fee of $100.00.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Guests are permitted 2 parking passes with one assigned parking spot.
Non-assigned parking is first come first serve.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
