The apartment consists of a kitchen / dining area, a lounge with balcony, a double bedroom with balcony, a bathroom & a private roof terrace with sun loungers, table & chairs & sofa.The kitchen is equipment with an oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge / freezer, sink and washing machine. There is cutlery & crockery for 4 people & pots & pans. There is a dining table & 4 chairs.The lounge has a TV with DVD & satellite, L shaped sofa bed (sheets & quilt provided), coffee table & is air-conditioned with a remote control unit. A balcony from the lounge overlooks the pool.The bathroom has toilet, sink / vanity unit & walk in shower. Two sets of hand & bath towels are provided. Beach towels are provided. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed with memory foam mattress topper, quilt & bed linen, a dresser unit, wardrobe with hanging & folding space. There is a balcony from the bedroom overlooking the rear of the complex.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard with fitted kitchen, lounge / diner with L shaped sofa bed, TV with DVD and satellite and dining table with 4 chairs. The double bedroom has wardrobe, cupboards and a dresser. The bathroom has been newly refurbished with walk in shower.

The lounge and bedroom have balconies & there is a private roof terrace with sun loungers, table & chairs, sofa, coffee table & BBQ. A perfect place for private sunbathing or relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sun set over the mountains in the evening. The large shared pool has a swim up bar and plenty of sunbathing areas with sun loungers & parasols. There are shops and restaurants on site with more a short walk away. There is access to a shared beach with a small daily charge for use of sunbeds & parasols. The beach offers safe bathing and has jetties out to a drop off for great snorkelling and diving.

I have put a translation of this review below: I had been to this apartment before and I am very happy to be back. The apartment is well furnished and complete with everything, they even put a new washing machine. The convenience is that you don't have to bring anything from your home. You will find sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels of various sizes, beach towels, dish towels, all dishes, clothesline, microwave, toaster, kettle, all in excellent condition. The apartment is located in Nabq, my favorite area in Sharm, near the apartment there are various shops and a well stocked supermarket. There is also a nice roof that can be used during the day for sunbathing and in the evening for dinners with friends. Go quietly to Sharm, it's great and the value for money is excellent. Good holiday everyone.

The place is well located near the shops and quiet, the apartment was lacking nothing with a beautiful private terrace where you can sunbathe quietly with sunbeds, the pool is very large not a lot of people in we had the pool For us all alone very nice to be quiet and very well cleaned cleaned every day. We had not to bring our towels and beach everything was provided with. The owner Mr Lee and very friendly and easy to reach by email and if there is a problem he tells us how to do it.Andrew who manages the apartment is very nice he came to pick us up at the airport and we drive back at the end of the stay.I highly recommend this apartment

Response from the owner I've put an English translation of this review below: Perfect, clean, quiet and Nice. You feel at home! Inside there are many appliances facilities: washing machine, fridge, Toaster, kettle, microwave, hair dryer, television and a DVD player. The southern exposure of one of the balconies allows you to quickly dry your laundry. The private deck guarantees absolute relaxation and reserved. The pool inside the residence is very clean and taken care of on a daily basis. All beautiful!! Many thanks to Lee who organized so excellent and fast transfer from and to the airport and to Stuart and his wife with availability in giving us assistance and provide us with information.
